A paint roller and paint roller shield assembly comprises a roller for applying paint, having a paint applying surface that terminates at a rim located at an end of the roller. A paint roller shield, connected to the end of the roller, comprises a plate with a planar surface having a substantially round and beveled peripheral edge and a curved cutout configured as a missing portion of the plate. The beveled peripheral edge is angled and sloped outwardly away from the planar surface. In a plan view of the plate, the cutout exposes a part of the rim comprising part of the paint applying surface of the roller and wherein the plate and the beveled peripheral edge covers a remaining part of the rim of the roller not exposed by the cutout.

The paint roller drill attachment is a device that enables a paint roller to be secured thereon. Moreover, the paint roller drill attachment includes a hexagonal drill bit that is adapted to be secured to a drill chuck of a drill in order to rotate both the paint roller drill attachment as well as the paint roller. The bumper apparatus includes an end cap for engaging a ceiling and a stem having the end cap on a first end a weighted bottom at a second end for keeping the bumper substantially perpendicular to the ceiling and substantially parallel to a wall. The bumper is rotationally attached to the rod using an arbor insertable into a receiving tube of a clip that can be fixedly attached to the rod.

An edger for a paint roller, comprising: a roller frame; a roller cover, having lateral edges, the lateral edges being outside a painting width of the paint roller and being configured to glide against a surface without marring the surface; a displaceable mount, configured to have a first position in which a roller cover is fully engaged over the paint roller and a second position in which the roller cover is disengaged from the paint roller; and at least one auxiliary brush, located on at least one lateral edge of the roller cover, configured to provide painting coverage adjacent to an edge of the roller. A paintbrush edger comprising a linked pair of selectively deployed shields, separated by a wicking space, having tips which glide in a corner, protecting a from contact with paint, while withdrawing paint which seeps into the corner into the wicking space.

Provided is a paint roller that may include a wire frame and a magnetic shield selectively attachable to the paint roller. The wire frame may comprise a configuration including multiple bends. In an embodiment, the wire frame may include a straight portion, a first bend, a second bend that directs the frame at a 180 angle relative to the straight portion, and a third bend that directs the wire frame at an angle less than the first and second bends. The bends and legs of the wire frame may be positioned in the same plane. The paint roller may further comprise a handle, a roller cage, and a roller cover. The magnetic shield may be selectively attachable to an end of the paint roller. The shield may include a generally circular shaped face that defines a circumference having a slightly smaller circumference than the circumference of the paint roller cover.
