Flock sole, its machine of manufacture and its production method

The invention covers both the sole structure and its related production equipment and technology, especially in relation to a type of flocked shoe sole. Compared with the existing technology, the shoe sole can trap and retain fiber particles via electrostatic or electrostatic spraying, which is not only anti-slippery also with elegant looking and reduce the cost. This set of equipment for making flocked sole is highly automatic, easy to operate, save the labor and reduce the production cost. The production procedure consists of 1) applying prime coating; 2) applying adhesive; 3) natural flock retention or electrostatic flocking; 4) electrostatic separation, cleaning, pairing and packaging. The whole process has been shortened dramatically, simplify the procedure, and reduce the cost. Also the solvent and adhesive used are both environmental friendly, harmless, which helps increase the productivity and yield.

A charged powder supply device is disclosed. A plurality of charged powder particles are disposed on an upper side of a carrier and at least an action source is positioned at a lower side of the carrier for acting on the carrier so as to vibrate the charged powder particles on the upper side of the carrier. As such, the vibrated charged powder particles are attached to objects to be coated, such as LEDs, under the effect of an electric field so as to form a powder layer, such as a phosphor layer. Since there are no other external forces that affect the moving direction of the charged powder particles, the powder layer can be uniformly formed on the objects.

Exemplary embodiments are disclosed of powder bed recoaters including non-contact powder redistributors. Also disclosed are exemplary embodiments of powder bed additive manufacturing systems including non-contact powder redistributors and methods for recoating powder beds. In an exemplary embodiment, a method comprises applying powder in a pattern along a top surface of a powder bed such that the applied powder covers only one or more portions, and not the entirety, of the powder bed. The method further comprises redistributing the powder in the pattern to flatten or level the powder bed without physically contacting the powder bed.

Coating device

A coating device for applying a coating to a member to be coated includes: a roller assembly including a first spool and second spool that are spaced apart, wherein the first spool is configured to release the member to be coated that is to be coated, and the second spool is configured to roll up the member to be coated after being coated with a coating; a coating assembly including an electrostatic roller set and an electrostatic rod, wherein the electrostatic roller set is at least partially rotatable and is configured to electrostatically adsorb the powder, the electrostatic rod is configured to provide electrostatic adsorption force to the powder on the electrostatic roller set; a composite assembly provided at downstream position of the coating assembly, and configured to connect the powder laid on the member to be coated with the member to be coated.
