Methods for manufacturing panels and panel obtained thereby
A method may be provided for manufacturing coated panels of the type including at least a substrate and a top layer with a motif. The top layer may be provided on the substrate. The method may involve providing a synthetic material layer on the substrate. A relief may be provided on the surface of the synthetic material layer provided on the substrate. The relief may include a pattern of recesses and/or projections. The relief may be obtained by providing a mask on or in the synthetic material layer. The mask may enable a selective treatment of the synthetic material layer. A material-removing treatment or a material-depositing treatment may be performed on the synthetic material layer, such that the mask at least partially determines the pattern.
METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING PANELS AND PANEL OBTAINED THEREBY
A method may be provided for manufacturing coated panels of the type including at least a substrate and a top layer with a motif. The top layer may be provided on the substrate. The method may involve providing a synthetic material layer on the substrate. A relief may be provided on the surface of said synthetic material layer provided on the substrate. The relief may include a pattern of recesses. The pattern may be at least partially determined by at least one print that is applied by inkjet printing. The relief may be obtained by printing a mask directly on the synthetic material layer. After providing the mask, the synthetic material layer may be cured. The mask may provide for selective curing of the synthetic material layer, such that the synthetic material layer is not solidified or solidified at a lesser extent in correspondence of the mask. The not solidified or less solidified portions of the synthetic material layer may be removed by performing a material-removing treatment on the synthetic material layer thereby obtaining the relief. The material-removing treatment may involve removing the mask.
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING STRUCTURED COATINGS
The present invention, relates, to a process, for producing structured coatings, in which a coating composition comprising at least one inorganic binder, at least one oxide pigment which, after addition of a mixture consisting of 15 ml of 1 M oxalic acid and 15 ml of 20% aqueous hydrochloric acid based on 1 g of substance, under standard conditions, leads to a temperature rise of at least 4° C., and at least one solvent is applied to a substrate, the resulting coating composition film is partially coated with a photoresist and the substrate coated with the coating composition and the photoresist is treated with an acid, to the structured layers obtainable by the process and to the use thereof.

A method is provided. In the method, a substrate having a first region and a second region on a substrate surface is provided. A film deposition material to form a first chemical bond in the first region and a second chemical bond in the second region is supplied to the substrate surface. The second bond has a second bond energy lower than a first bond energy of the first chemical bond. A film is selectively formed in the first region by supplying an energy lower than the first bond energy of the first chemical bond and higher than the second bond energy of the second chemical bond.

A process capable of commercial scale manufacturing of inexpensive, multilayered shaped film product, without the waste of die-cutting and which products are capable of use independent of a supporting structure on which they are formed, includes placing a first mask over a substrate; delivering a first film-forming composition through the first mask to form a first raw shape on the substrate; removing the first mask; placing a second mask over the first raw shape; delivering a second film-forming composition through the second mask to form a second raw shape on the first raw shape; removing the second mask; and solidifying the first and second raw shapes to provide the shaped film product disposed on the substrate.

A method of producing a conversion element includes providing a substrate having a surface; forming a first mask structure above the surface, wherein the first mask structure has first webs and first openings arranged between the first webs and the first openings form cavities in which the surface of the substrate is accessible; arranging a second mask structure above the first mask structure, wherein the second mask structure has second webs and second openings arranged between the second webs, the first webs are at least partly covered by the second webs, and the cavities remain at least partly accessible through the second openings; spraying a material into the cavities through the second openings; removing the second mask structure; and removing the first mask structure.

A substrate structure having a cold sprayed layer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The substrate structure having the cold sprayed layer includes a base layer and the cold sprayed layer. The cold sprayed layer is formed on a predetermined area of the base layer by spraying and dissolving. An included angle is formed between at least one side surface of the cold sprayed layer and the base layer.

The present invention discloses a manufacturing method of color filter. The method comprises the following steps. First, the method deposes a first color material on the substrate via a first pattern mask, forming a first color pattern, and a spray coating method is used for spraying a first color material on the substrate via the first pattern mask, therefore to form a first color pattern. Thereafter, the first pattern mask is removed and cleaned a first residual material of the first color material via laser or blow gun.
