The present invention discloses a super-flexible high electrical and thermal conductivity flexible base material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the method comprises the steps of: S1. carbonizing and blackleading a polyimide thin film, doping nano-metal to the polyimide thin film, and performing ion implantation and ion exchange; S2. performing plasma irradiation modification treatment on a surface of the material obtained after the step S1 to form a heterogeneous surface layer; and S3. forming a metal conductor layer on the heterogeneous surface layer by physical vapor deposition (PVD) or chemical vapor deposition (CVD), so as to obtain the super-flexible high-ductility high electrical and thermal conductivity flexible base material. The method can obtain the C-C-FPC, C-C-COF or C-C-FCCL flexible circuit base material with super flexibility, high ductility, high electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity and high frequency performance.

Electron beam curable inkjet formulations with improved chemical resistance
The present invention is directed to a method for printing energy curable ink and coating compositions comprising high amounts of monofunctional monomers that exhibit both good adhesion to plastic substrates, and good solvent resistance. The method of the present invention employs electron beam curing of the ink and coating compositions, at accelerating voltages greater than or equal to 70 keV, and electron beam doses greater than or equal to 30 kGy, and preferably greater than or equal to 40 kGy.
Apparatus and processes for applying a coating to roll formed products
A system for processing a product includes a curing chamber, a light source, and a reflective surface. The curing chamber has input and output openings to permit the product carrying a curable material to move therethrough. The curing light source generates a first curing light beam directed from the curing light source to a first portion of the product for curing the curable material carried on the first portion of the product within the curing chamber. The reflective surface directs a second curing light beam from the reflective surface to a second portion of the product for curing the curable material carried on the second portion of the product within the curing chamber. The second portion of the product is inaccessible by the first curing light beam.

A device for lacquer transfer is disclosed having a frame, a nozzle with a dispensing end for dispensing lacquer, and a transfer roller with a circumferential lateral wall, a circumferential outer contact surface of the lateral wall comprises several depressions, wherein the nozzle and the transfer roller are arranged such that lacquer is dispensable from the dispensing end onto the outer contact surface and into the depressions, wherein the transfer roller is configured to roll with the outer contact surface on a work surface of a workpiece for transferring the lacquer from the outer contact surface and from the depressions to the work surface of the workpiece. A first hardening unit is formed as a UV-light unit configured for partially hardening the lacquer in a contactless way by emitting UV-light, the first hardening unit is arranged within an interior space defined by the transfer roller. The lateral wall of the transfer roller is transparent for UV-light, and the first hardening unit is arranged such that UV-light is emittable towards the work surface in a first operational area of the work surface to partially harden the lacquer in the first operational area.

An aqueous composition for forming a micro-fluid jet printable dielectric film layer, methods for forming dielectric film layers, and dielectric film layers formed by the method. The aqueous composition includes from about 5 to about 20 percent by 65 weight of a polymeric binder emulsion, from about 10 to about 30 percent by weight of a humectant, from about 0 to about 3 percent by weight of a surfactant, and an aqueous carrier fluid. The aqueous composition has a viscosity ranging from about 2 to about 6 centipoise at a temperature of about 23 C.
