Curable composition, coating material, solar cell coating material, solar cell back sheet coating material, adhesive, solar cell adhesive, solar cell back sheet adhesive, producing method of sheet, and curing agent
A curable composition includes a blocked isocyanate in which an NCO group of an isocyanate compound having a H.sub.6XDI skeleton is blocked by a blocking agent having an O═C—CH—C═O skeleton, a curable functional group-containing fluorine polymer, and an alkoxysilane having a functional group including at least one element of a group 15 element to a group 16 element of the periodic table (excluding oxygen). In the curable composition allowing a titanium oxide to be contained, the molar ratio of the curable functional group to the NCO group is 0.5 to 10; the content ratio of the alkoxysilane with respect to 100 pans by mass of the total amount of the blocked isocyanate and the fluorine polymer is 0.2 to 8 parts by mass; and the content ratio of the titanium oxide with respect to 100 parts by mass of the fluorine polymer is 0 to 200 parts by mass.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PRINTED MATTER
A problem to be addressed by the present invention is to provide a method of producing a printed material by printing an active energy ray-curable printing ink on a film, wherein the printed material has good adhesion between the ink and the film even after undergoing boiling treatment for boiling sterilization or retorting sterilization. Such a problem is solved by a method of producing a printed material, including the steps of printing an ink on a film; and irradiating the ink-printed face with an active energy ray; wherein the film contains: a polyamide film layer; and a layer that, as the outermost layer of at least one face of the film, contains a polyurethane obtained by use of a polycarbonate polyol as a polyol component.
DECORATIVE FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
Decorative films including on a substrate film sequentially a flexible resin layer and an independent dot-patterned hardcoat layer, and has an elongation percentage of 10% or greater is described. These decorative films may have scratch resistance and elongation properties.

Structure Protection Sheet, Execution Method and Precast Member Using Structure Protection Sheet, and Method for Manufacturing Precast Member
The present invention provides structure protection sheets which can not only dramatically reduce a construction period to place protective layers on surfaces of structures such as concrete but also protect structures for a long time. The present invention relates to a structure protection sheet, including: a polymer cement layer on a side facing a structure; and a resin layer on the polymer cement layer, the structure protection sheet having a thickness distribution of not more than ±100 μm.
THIN ELECTROTHERMAL FILM HEATER WITH VARIABLE THERMAL OUTPUT
An electrical film heater having a variable thermal output is described herein. The electrothermal film heater comprises a substrate having first and second major surfaces that is characterized by a length and a width. A nonuniform graphite coating layer is disposed on at least one major surface of the substrate creating a variable electrical resistance coating on the substrate along at least one of the length and/or the width of the substrate, and a pair of spaced apart bus bars disposed on top of the graphite coating layer.

METHOD
The present invention related to a method of manufacturing of a contamination control sheet, the method comprising the steps of: passing a web of support material from a supply roller to a coating station, and applying a coating of polymeric material to one surface of the support material; passing the coated support material through an oven to cure the polymeric material; and passing the coated support material around a cooling roller to a take up roller; characterised in that a nip roller is provided adjacent to the cooling roller so that the coated surface of the support material is pressed onto the cooling roller by the nip roller, and further characterised in that the cooling roller has a surface roughness of 0.2 to 1 Ra.
