According to embodiments of the present disclosure, even when a firing reaction is carried out by surface-treating a metal film with an organic molecule containing carboxylic acid, an oxide film is hardly formed on the metal film, and even if an oxide film is formed, it can be reduced, thereby providing a conductive metal nanoparticle film having excellent electrical conductivity and a method of fabricating the same.
