Agitating shaft with spacer rail
An agitating shaft for use with an agitating screen of a mechanical screening bucket is provided. The agitating shaft may include a shaft member and a spacer rail. The spacer rail may include a base having a mounting surface that engages the shaft member, protrusions extending in a direction opposite the mounting surface, and recesses formed between the plurality of protrusions. The agitating shaft may also include first agitating discs, second agitating discs, and circular spacer discs. The first agitating discs and the second agitating discs may be coupled to the shaft member and the spacer rail such that the first agitating discs and the second agitating discs engage the recesses of the spacer rail. The circular spacer discs may be coupled to the shaft member and the spacer rail such that the circular spacer discs engage the protrusions of the spacer rail.
Method for sorting and comprehensively utilizing municipal solid waste
A method for sorting and comprehensively utilizing municipal solid waste includes steps of: 1) feeding the municipal solid waste into a feeding tank through a feeding inlet, then outputting into a breaking device; 2) breaking refuse bags and large blocks by the breaking device; 3) transporting broken refuse into a two-stage roller screen for screening out dusts with a particle size of less than 3 mm, and hanging strips; and 4) transporting mixed refuse screened by the two-stage screen into a vibrating screen; screening oversize products by a heavy winnowing machine for separating inorganic blocks, large plastics and paper; transporting underflow products into a two-room multi-functional winnowing machine for dividing into heavy materials, light materials and medium materials. By effectively combining sorting devices, effective sorting and reutilization of mixed refuse are achieved. Thereafter, paper, fibers, plastics and kitchen organic refuse are respectively for producing refuse derived fuel, wood-plastic composite and fertilizer.

AUTOMATED DE-POWDERING OF ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING BUILD
An automated de-powdering system comprises a separation station having a support structure configured to support a build box containing an additive manufacturing build. An actuator is configured to move at least a portion of the additive manufacturing build out of the build box and into a sleeve. A separation mechanism is configured to separate the portion of the additive manufacturing within the sleeve from a remainder of the additive manufacturing build. A de-powdering station includes a conveyor configured to convey the separated portion of the build away from the remaining portion of the build, and an agitation mechanism is configured to separate unbound powder build material from one or more objects of the portion while the portion is being conveyed by the conveyor.
