The invention is based on a sieving device with at least one rotary drum unit (14a; 14b) comprising a plurality of sieving openings (42a; 42b), said sieving openings (42a; 42b) being respectively arranged around a centre point of the sieving openings (42a; 42b) and being categorized in at least one first structure group (44a, 44a′, 44a″; 44b, 44b′) and at least one further structure group (46a, 46a′; 46b, 46b′), wherein in the first structure group (44a, 44a′, 44a″; 44b, 44b′) the centre points of neighbouring sieving openings (42a; 42b) are arranged at a first intra-distance (48a; 48b) to one another, and wherein in the further structure group (46a, 46a′; 46b, 46b′) the centre points of neighbouring sieving openings (42a; 42b) are arranged at a further intra-distance (50a; 50b) to one another.
It is proposed that a smallest structure distance (52a; 52b) between a centre point of at least one sieving opening (42a; 42b) in the at least one first structure group (44a, 44a′, 44a″; 44b, 44b′) and a nearest-situated centre point of at least one sieving opening (42a; 42b) in the at least one further structure group (46a, 46a′; 46b, 46b′) is greater than the first intra-distance (48a; 48b).
SIEVING DEVICE
The invention is based on a sieving device with at least one rotary drum unit (14a; 14b) comprising a plurality of sieving openings (42a; 42b), said sieving openings (42a; 42b) being respectively arranged around a centre point of the sieving openings (42a; 42b) and being categorized in at least one first structure group (44a, 44a′, 44a″; 44b, 44b′) and at least one further structure group (46a, 46a′; 46b, 46b′), wherein in the first structure group (44a, 44a′, 44a″; 44b, 44b′) the centre points of neighbouring sieving openings (42a; 42b) are arranged at a first intra-distance (48a; 48b) to one another, and wherein in the further structure group (46a, 46a′; 46b, 46b′) the centre points of neighbouring sieving openings (42a; 42b) are arranged at a further intra-distance (50a; 50b) to one another.
It is proposed that a smallest structure distance (52a; 52b) between a centre point of at least one sieving opening (42a; 42b) in the at least one first structure group (44a, 44a′, 44a″; 44b, 44b′) and a nearest-situated centre point of at least one sieving opening (42a; 42b) in the at least one further structure group (46a, 46a′; 46b, 46b′) is greater than the first intra-distance (48a; 48b).
AUTOMATIC GRAIN PROCESSING APPARATUS AND LOAD MONITORING AND TRACKING SYSTEM
The present invention refers to an automatic grain processing apparatus comprising, in an integrated manner, that is, in a single apparatus, the following units: a cleaning unit (2); a drying unit comprising a dryer (18), a grain weighing and classification unit; and a grain packaging and labelling unit. The present invention also refers to a grain integrity monitoring and tracking system, comprising one or a plurality of sensors arranged in a package and configured to measure the properties, such as temperature and/or moisture and/or pressure and/or vacuum of the packaged grains, together with the location of the load; and at least one communication module configured to receive the data from one or a plurality of sensors and configured to transmit and store the information from said one or a plurality of sensors in a cloud or any high-performance repository. Said sensors arranged in the package (34) can identify exactly how, when and where the load, that is, the packaged grains, is stored, the temperature, vacuum and pressure conditions of the grains, and also provide agile location responses for monitoring by the end client.

A hygienic filter and disposal apparatus comprising a main compartment a base platform, a front end, and a back end, and adapted to contain granular material and waste; a secondary compartment adapted to contain granular material; a door connecting the main compartment to the secondary compartment; and a filter element, comprising porous walls around a cavity and a first opening into said cavity, the walls adapted to filter waste out of the granular material; wherein the back end is proximate to the first opening at a first position where the front end and the back end of the base platform are level; wherein in a second position the front end is lifted higher than the back end and the granular material and waste are directed through the first opening into the cavity; wherein in the second position the filter element retains waste in the cavity and permits the granular material to fall through the porous walls into the secondary compartment; wherein in a third position the back end is higher than the front end and the door opens and directs the granular material into the main compartment; and wherein the device is adapted to sequence from the first position to the second position to the third position.
