Vibratory object-sorting apparatus
An object-sorting apparatus includes a vibration base that includes a vibration element. The object-sorting apparatus also includes a plurality of stages stackable on the vibration base, wherein at least one of the stages includes walls defining a central opening, and a sorting floor that cooperates with the walls to form a receptacle. The sorting floor includes a plurality of apertures defined in and extending through the sorting floor and into flow communication through the central opening with a next lower one of the plurality of stages. The apertures of the at least one stage are sized to receive therethrough objects having a size smaller than a target size associated with the at least one stage.
Adjustable split weight gyratory sifter
An apparatus includes a screen basket and a drive system coupled to the screen basket. The drive system includes a motor and a drive having a drive shaft. The drive system imparts a gyratory motion to the screen basket. First and second eccentric masses are coupled to the drive shaft. A method includes coupling the drive system to the screen basket of a sifter; the first eccentric mass positioned a distance above the second eccentric mass. The first and second eccentric masses are rotated together. The masses of the first and second eccentric masses are provided and/or adjusted so that a summation of forces generated by rotating the first and second eccentric masses generates a force line in plane with a center of gravity of the sifter. Rotation of the eccentric weights may move a distal end of a first and/or second weight arm a vertical distance upward.
MODULAR EXCITER BEAM
A modular exciter beam fitted to a vibratory screen assembly. The exciter beam spans between opposing side walls of the screen assembly. The modular exciter beam provides mounting for a pair of exciter mechanisms which are located substantially inside the side walls of the screen assembly.
RESIN TAPPING MEMBER AND METHOD OF SEPARATING AND RECOVERING POLYMER FROM POLYMER-CONTAINING LIQUID USING SAME
A resin tapping member used for a method of separating and recovering that enables a polymer to be separated and recovered from a polymer-containing liquid during or after a polymerization reaction at a high quality, high efficiency, and high processing capacity. The resin tapping member for preventing clogging of a screen is used in separating and recovering a polymer obtained by a polymerization reaction in a solvent. The resin tapping member has a weight reduction percentage of 3 wt. % or less after continuous separating and recovering of a polymer from a polymer-containing liquid for 48 hours.
Material separator
A system and method for separating mixed materials employing an angled screen that is moved through a vertically oriented circular path by a single drive element.
EXCITER APPARATUS
An exciter apparatus for a vibrating machine having an exciter body being configured to accommodate a lubricant. The exciter apparatus further has a first bearing comprising an inner bearing portion and an outer bearing portion separated by a number of rollers located in a gap between the inner bearing portion and outer bearing portion. A first shaft is rotatably connected to the exciter body by means of the first bearing. The first shaft has eccentric masses. The first bearing seat and the outer bearing portion comprising a through hole allowing a fluid to flow through the first bearing seat and the outer bearing portion into the gap, The exciter apparatus further comprising a lubricant provision means configured to provide a lubricant from the lubrication zone to the through hole.
VIBRATORY APPARATUS
A vibratory apparatus includes a deck, an exciter, and a controller. The exciter is coupled to the deck. The exciter includes a shaft with at least one mass attached thereto, and a low-slip motor, such as a permanent magnet motor. The shaft is coupled to the deck via one or more resilient members.
VIBRATING SIEVE
A device including a vibrating screen and a motor for causing the vibrating screen to vibrate, wherein the vibrating screen is attached to a rigid frame, wherein the motor is rigidly attached to the frame and causes it to vibrate, wherein the angle between the plane of the vibrating screen and the mounting surface of the motor is in the range of 30 to 60 degrees and/or the legs of the device are attached to the frame.
Vibrating screen for screening aggregates and/or soils
A vibrating screen for screening aggregates and/or soils. The screen includes a body, a chute shaped stationary screening deck, fixed to the body by its opposite ends. The stationary screening deck includes stationary screening flat bars, which form first screening slots between them, which have a curved shape corresponding to the shape of the stationary screening deck. The screen includes a chute shaped vibrating screening deck, which is supported to the body by eccentric shafts. The vibrating screening deck is arranged to be vibrated by machine power by rotating the eccentric shafts synchronously with each other, each point of the screening deck is in revolving motion continuously in the same rotating direction along a circular path when the eccentric shafts rotating. The vibrating screening deck includes vibrating flat bars, which form second screening slots between them and whose curved shape corresponds to the chute shape of the vibrating screening deck.
Screen device
The disclosure relates to a screen device having a screen tray in or on which at least one screen lining is disposed, wherein the screen lining can be vibrated by means of a vibratory drive, wherein the vibratory drive has two exciter units, wherein the exciter units are mechanically intercoupled by means of a synchronization device, wherein the synchronization device has two transmission elements, which can be detached in the area of a coupling point by means of a coupling device and are intercoupled for co-rotation. The assembly of such a screen device can be simplified if provision is made for an orientation aid having at least one orientation element to be provided, which is disposed and designed to orient the transmission elements with respect to each other in the area of the coupling point during the joining process of the two transmission elements.
