Inlet door flood gate material spreader
A deck inlet for a sifter includes a pan and a spreader. The pan is oriented at an angle from about 2° to about 20° with respect to a horizontal plane. The spreader is coupled to or integral with an upper surface of the pan. The spreader is configured to spread a material substantially evenly across a width of the pan.
Separator and Method of Separating
The present disclosure relates to a separator (100) and method of separating a waste stream (120) comprising liquid constituents, small-sized solid constituents and large-sized solid constituents into a first waste stream (121) substantially comprising the large-sized solid constituents and a second waste stream (122) substantially comprising a mixture of liquid and the small-sized solid constituents. The present disclosure also relates to a waste handling system (1) comprising such separator (100).

TENNIS BALL RECYCLING SYSTEM, APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE
A system and method for tennis ball recycling that processes tennis balls into one or more constituent components to generate useful products is disclosed. The system includes a hopper to hold the balls for recycling; a grinder having a plurality of blades to initially cut the tennis balls in a first step to separate the rubber from the nylon; a cyclonic extractor that further separates loose fibers out in a second step; a trommel separator that further filters the broken down components of the tennis balls for use in new products.
Spherical elastomeric mounts
An apparatus includes an outer bearing member defining a cavity and an inner bearing member disposed within the cavity. The inner bearing member includes a spherical surface and a rod attachment opening defined in the spherical surface. The apparatus also includes an elastomeric material disposed within the cavity adjacent to the spherical surface.
Vibrating sieve machine
A vibrating sieve machine for applying vibrations on powder to be classified that is placed on a mesh member through a sieve frame including a plurality of separable sieve frames for sieving and classification, wherein the mesh member includes a circular annular mesh member frame having an outer peripheral surface and configured to be sandwiched by the separable sieve frames with the outer peripheral surface exposed outward in a radial direction of the separable sieve frames, a reinforcement mesh stretching across the mesh member frame, a sieve mesh configured to cover the reinforcement mesh, hanging down over an outer peripheral surface of the mesh member frame, and a fastening band configured to be attached to the outer peripheral surface of the mesh member frame so as to sandwich the sieve mesh between the fastening band and the outer peripheral surface of the mesh member frame.
PLANT PRODUCT EXTRACTION APPARATUS
A plant product extraction apparatus or extractor is provided for separating or grading fine particles from a larger portion of material, such as separating trichomes from a stalk or flower of a plant. The apparatus imparts a plurality modes or patterns of oscillations and vibrations to a particle separator or sieve that holds the plant matter. A motor drives a back and forth motion to a support platform supporting a sieve. The sieve is constrained by a retention tray that is supported by the support platform. Vibratory motors provide rapid shaking vibration through the retention tray to the sieve. Agitators may be placed inside of the sieve to facilitate the separation of the plant materials. The various motors and locomotion patterns facilitate the separation of finer plant materials from a larger portion of a plant.

GO/NO-GO SIZER FOR GENERALLY SPHERICAL FRUIT, TUBERS AND VEGETABLES
A go/no-go sizing device for generally spherical tubers, fruit and vegetables utilizes an inclined endless conveyor bed of rotating spindles on which multiple spools are axially mounted end-to-end so that pockets are formed between axially-aligned spools on adjacent spindles. The pockets are sized to permit undersized produce pieces to fall through the bed. Oversize pieces are collected at the top of the incline. Each of the rotating spindles has a cylindrical roller at each end thereof that can be varied in diameter to increase or decrease rotational speed of the spindles, each cylindrical roller being in contact with a stationary bump strip, which includes a series of upward ramps, each of which is followed by a vertical drop down to the next ramp, so that both rotational motion and vertical motion are imparted to each spindle as it travels across the bed.
