An apparatus includes a screen basket and a drive system coupled to the screen basket. The drive system includes a motor and a drive having a drive shaft. The drive system imparts a gyratory motion to the screen basket. First and second eccentric masses are coupled to the drive shaft. A method includes coupling the drive system to the screen basket of a sifter; the first eccentric mass positioned a distance above the second eccentric mass. The first and second eccentric masses are rotated together. The masses of the first and second eccentric masses are provided and/or adjusted so that a summation of forces generated by rotating the first and second eccentric masses generates a force line in plane with a center of gravity of the sifter. Rotation of the eccentric weights may move a distal end of a first and/or second weight arm a vertical distance upward.

SIEVE AND FRAME WITH IMPROVED CONNECTABILITY

A sieve, comprising outer bars and inner bars and sieving areas with sieving fabric being formed between the outer bars and the inner bars, wherein at least a portion of the outer bars is provided as elastomeric part and at least a portion of the inner bars is provided as elastomeric part, wherein said elastomeric parts can be transferred from a first untensioned state into a second tensioned state. The present invention is furthermore related to a sieve frame to which the sieve can be fixed in a tensioned state, as well as to a sieving device such as a plansifter comprising said sieve and/or sieve frame.

A MODULAR SIEVING BOX

For use in sieving machines where pluralities of products are classified by sieving, a sieving box is provided having at least one sieve frame having edge profiles whereon a sieve is fixed and having a brush pan with a brush movement surface and at least one product passage opening. At least one support frame is provided having at least one output module having at least one module passage opening in a manner matching with the product passage opening provided on the brush pan and at least one closing rod by being positioned between the sieve frame and at least one brush pan obtained by bending at least one bendable plate from the bending lines.

RESIN TAPPING MEMBER AND METHOD OF SEPARATING AND RECOVERING POLYMER FROM POLYMER-CONTAINING LIQUID USING SAME

A resin tapping member used for a method of separating and recovering that enables a polymer to be separated and recovered from a polymer-containing liquid during or after a polymerization reaction at a high quality, high efficiency, and high processing capacity. The resin tapping member for preventing clogging of a screen is used in separating and recovering a polymer obtained by a polymerization reaction in a solvent. The resin tapping member has a weight reduction percentage of 3 wt. % or less after continuous separating and recovering of a polymer from a polymer-containing liquid for 48 hours.
