Tennis ball recycling system, apparatus and method of use
A system and method for tennis ball recycling that processes tennis balls into one or more constituent components to generate useful products is disclosed. The system includes a hopper to hold the balls for recycling; a grinder having a plurality of blades to initially cut the tennis balls in a first step to separate the rubber from the nylon; a cyclonic extractor that further separates loose fibers out in a second step; a trommel separator that further filters the broken down components of the tennis balls for use in new products.
PLANSIFTER
A plansifter comprising at least one compartment and a drive module for putting the compartment into a vibrational and/or oscillating movement, wherein in the inner region of the compartment there is provided a sieve stack comprising at least one sieve, preferably 2-32 sieves, more preferably 10 to 32 sieves, especially preferred 20 to 32 sieves, and the compartment has one outlet frame that is provided in the bottom region of the compartment. The present invention is furthermore related to an outlet frame for a plansifter and to a method for sieving material in said plansifter.

MACHINE FOR FRACTIONATING GROUND CEREAL PRODUCTS
A machine for fractionating ground cereal products includes a plurality of sieve stack pairs which are arranged next to one another, each with an upper sieve stack and a lower sieve stack. A drive module that includes an electric motor and an inertial weight which can be driven by this into a rotation movement is assigned to the sieve stack pairs. The drive module is arranged between the upper and the lower sieve stack of the respective sieve stack pair. The upper sieve stack pair and the lower sieve stack can be roughly equally large, i.e. the number of sieves of the upper sieve stack and of the lower sieve stack can be roughly equal or differ for example by maximally 50% or maximally 30%.
