Screening members, screening assemblies, methods for fabricating screening members and assemblies and methods for screening materials are provided for vibratory screening machines that incorporate the use of injection molded materials. Use of injection molded screen elements provide, inter alia, for: varying screening surface configurations; fast and relatively simple screen assembly fabrication; and a combination of outstanding screen assembly mechanical and electrical properties, including toughness, wear and chemical resistance. Embodiments of the present invention use a thermoplastic injection molded material.

A system and method for removing rolls of synthetic turf by connecting a strip of synthetic turf to one or more winches powered by batteries or solar cells, the synthetic turf connected to the winches by a series of winch cables and a pull bar having one or more synthetic turf clamps, whereby once connected, the winches retract the winch cables thereby inverting the synthetic turf and moving the pull bar and synthetic turf across a connected comb. The comb has wheels, a frame, and agitating members such that when the synthetic turf is pulled over the comb, the comb causes vibrations in the synthetic turf so that the infill is displaced from the synthetic turf where the infill may then be collected in a receptacle below for transportation and recycling.
Screen Assembly for A Vibratory Separator
Systems and methods for a screen assembly configurable in a multi-screen configuration. The screen assembly in the multi-screen configuration includes a lower shaker screen and an upper shaker screen. A track is configured to be disposed on an inside wall of a vibratory separator and includes an upper retainer and a lower retainer. A screen clamping assembly is disposed in the track and includes a small spacer disposed between the lower shaker screen and the upper shaker screen in the track when the screen assembly is in the multi-screen configuration. An actuator is disposed in the track and has a clamped position where the actuator is actuated to provide a clamping force to clamp the lower shaker screen, the upper shaker screen, and the small spacer between the upper retainer and the lower retainer of the track.

In a sieve, unit blocks are arrayed along an up-down direction and a left-right direction. Each unit block includes elongated holes and short holes that are shorter than the elongated holes. In each of the unit blocks, the elongated holes include a first elongated hole extending along a first length direction and a second elongated hole extending along a second length direction intersecting an extension line running along the first length direction. Plural of the short holes are arranged in each of the unit blocks so as to be arranged between long edges of adjacent elongated holes of the elongated holes.
