METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR WASTE SEPARATION USING A MULTI-SPIRAL SEPARATOR
A multi-spiral separator for separating waste material has a first separator, a second clearing separator, and a trough. The first separator and the second clearing separator reside in the trough and the second clearing separator acts to prevent or reduce material from jamming the separator.
Process for producing an aggregate
An aggregate processing assembly is provided. The processing assembly includes a separator assembly having a central member extending from a first end to a second end, the central member supporting at least one helical flight provided between the first and second ends, the helical flight having a width provided between a proximal end and a distal end. An assembly housing is provided around a portion of the separator assembly, the assembly housing includes a collection portion for receiving processed feed stock which exits the separator assembly radially away from the central member outward past the distal end, and the collection portion includes a first outlet. A second outlet is coupled to the separator assembly for receiving processed feed stock which exits the separator assembly at the second end of the at least one helical flight. A proppant, an aggregate, a system for processing feed stock to produce a proppant or aggregate, and a method of producing a proppant or aggregate is also provided.

HEAVY MINERAL HARVESTING METHODS AND SYSTEMS
A method for harvesting heavy mineral from a regolith may comprise: flowing a layer of particulate feedstock over a distribution chute having an uneven surface texture, the particulate feedstock comprising first particulates and second particulates that differ by at least one property; changing a momentum of individual particulates in the particulate feedstock while flowing over the distribution chute and/or after leaving the distribution chute such that the first particulates and the second particulates, on average, travel different lateral distances from the distribution chute; and collecting the particulate feedstock in a plurality of bins, wherein at least two of the bins are laterally spaced differently from the distribution chute.
Gold panning assembly
A gold panning assembly for vibrationally separating gold from dirt includes a pan that may receive a mixture of the dirt and the gold. A vibration unit is coupled to the pan. The vibration unit vibrates the pan such that the vibration unit urges the gold to separate from the dirt thereby facilitating the gold to be removed from the dirt.
SEPARATOR, IN PARTICULAR BALLISTIC SEPARATOR
The invention relates to a ballistic separator for separating mixed waste materials, wherein at least two adjacent paddles, strips, or a sheet metal plate are arranged in a frame so as to be movable and form a base, said base being arranged in the frame with a gradient with respect to the mounting surface of the separator, and the base being mounted on at least one side of a shaft on a paddle holder so that the base can. be set in rotation, a drive unit for generating the rotational movement being provided and driving at least one shaft. The shaft is designed as an eccentrically mounted outer tube, eccentric disks being fastened or immobilized in the eccentric tube on an inner shaft, a bearing being provided between the eccentric disk and the eccentric tube and the paddle holder being mounted on the eccentric tube.
CLASSIFIER
Provided is a classifier capable of classifying smaller microparticles and obtaining a narrower particle size distribution. The classifier includes a classification rotor constituted of a cylindrical body having a plurality of classification blades in an outer circumference portion thereof and having also an opening portion that opens in one lateral face thereof along an axis of the cylindrical body, a device body that accommodates the classification rotor and holds the classification rotator rotatably about the axis and that introduces classification-target powder from the outside and feeds the powder to the outer circumference portion of the classification rotor, and a discharging portion for drawing the powder classified by the classification rotor and removing the power to the outside of the device body, wherein a rotational shaft portion extending from an open face of the constriction portion to the other lateral face of the classification rotor has a diameter that increases progressively toward the other lateral face.
Method and System for Producing Reduced Gluten Oat Mixture
A method and system is disclosed which uses a combination of optical and mechanical separation processes to remove gluten-containing grains from a mixture of oat kernels.
Treatment plant with optimised densimetric sorting and related treatment process
A plant for treating a mixture of waste products from a domestic waste collection, comprising a unit for treating a mixture (2B) of materials obtained from the mixture of waste, a substantial portion of the mass of the mixture of materials being formed by biodegradable materials, the treatment unit comprising a trommel screen (3) provided with a wall (4) for separating the mixture (2B) of materials into a first fraction (5) passing over the wall (4) and a second residual fraction, two densimetric tables, and a ballistic separation means (8) which is positioned between the trommel screen (3) and the densimetric tables to collect the first fraction (5) and to supply the densimetric tables with a first sub-fraction and second sub-fraction (9, 10) of materials, respectively. First subfraction (9) formed by materials having a density lower than the materials forming the second sub-fraction (10).
