SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USING AI, MACHINE LEARNING AND TELEMEDICINE TO PERFORM PULMONARY REHABILITATION VIA AN ELECTROMECHANICAL MACHINE
A computer-implemented system includes one or more processing devices configured to receive attribute data associated with a user, determine, based on the attribute data, a first probability of improving a medical condition of the user subsequent to at least one of a medical procedure being performed on the user, a medical treatment being performed on the user, and a medical diagnosis, and generate, based on the first probability, a treatment plan that includes one or more exercises directed to modifying the first probability. A treatment apparatus is configured to enable implementation of the treatment plan.
Systems and methods for therapeutic treatments of various conditions of a female person
Systems and methods for interactive treatments of female sexual disorders are presented. A programmable sexual stimulation device is provided, which transmits and receives data relating to the use and function of the device. The sexual stimulation device may be programmed to implement a particular combination of mechanical actions which have been customized by a user or a health care professional involved in the treatment or preference of the user. The device may also collect data on the type of mechanical actions input by the user and transmit the data to a remote location for viewing by the user or the healthcare professional. The device may also communicate with external devices which aid in the treatment programs, such as audio or image display devices which can coordinate the function of the sexual stimulation device with the presentation of audio or visual information to provide additional sources of sexual arousal to the user.
Compression therapy device and compression therapy protocols
A compression therapy device may include a compression therapy appliance comprising a number of independently inflatable cells and a controller to control a flow of a pressurizing fluid into and out of each cell via a number of valves. The controller may direct the valves to inflate or deflate each cell in a sequence according to one or more compression therapy protocols. The compression therapy appliance may be placed on a portion of a patient's body to provide compression therapy according to one or more of the compression therapy protocols. The portion of the patient's body in contact with the compression therapy appliance may include a proximal end and a distal end. A compression therapy protocol may include alternating inflation and deflation steps of one or more cells placed in contact with the proximal end of the patient's body, thereby improving fluid flow into the proximal end of the patient.
FIT-CHECK DEVICE
The disclosure provides a fit-check device and associated methods. In some embodiments, the device may be used in conjunction with a rigid or semi-rigid partially circumferential concussion-mitigating collar to determine whether the collar is appropriately sized for the user and is applying the desired amount of force to the neck veins.
BELT PRE-TENSIONING AND POSITIONING SYSTEM FOR TRAINING A MUSCLE
A belt for use in a BFR system with an outer belt material hermetically sealed to an inner belt material along a perimeter, thereby forming at least one inflatable chamber, the inflatable chamber having an input port for accepting a gas into the chamber, the belt further comprising a first fastening means in communication with the outer belt material, for attaching to a second fastening means in communication with the outer belt material, thereby locking a circumference of the belt, when wrapped around a user's limb, and the belt further comprising a pre-tensioning system for prescribing and applying a known amount of initial compression to the limb by the belt.
WALK THERAPY STATION
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a walking therapy station having multiple right linkages and multiple left linkages, where at least one of the right or left linkages is operably coupled to an actuator to transition the station from a standing mode to a walking mode. In an illustrative example, the station may have five right linkages and five left linkages, with a set of knee pads and foot pads. The station may include an actuator operably coupled to transition the station between walking and standing modes, for example. Various embodiments of the station may enable a user who is disabled or paralyzed to transition from sitting position, to a standing position, and then to a walking position, and provide the user with a very accurate gait and walking motion without putting excessive shear and pressure at the contact points between the station and the user.
Devices for functional revascularization by alternating pressure
The present invention discloses a device for administering intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) and Protocols of Artificially Induced Oscillations (PAIO) useful in alleviating peripheral circulatory disorders of a treated organ, comprising a wearable body portion enclosure (BPE) adapted to contact said treated organ, said BPE comprising: one or more balloons adapted to be inflated and deflated for creating said IPC; one or more pressure sources in fluid communication with said balloons by way of one or more valves; one or more vibrating elements adapted to produce PAIO; a controlling unit adapted to operate said pressure sources, and to operate said vibrating elements. The IPC and PAIO may be individually administered to said treated organ according to predetermined protocols.
STOOL FOR USE WITH A TOLIET
A stool is provided that provides a raised heel squat position to a user that engages the stool. The raised heel squatting position promotes a healthy and productive experience on a toilet. The stool may be collapsible for easier storage and transportation. The stool may be adjustable to provide custom fittings to different size users. Additionally, the stool may be intelligent and may provide a customized immersive experience to a person on a toilet.
Crutch
Embodiments of crutches are disclosed. A crutch has a main body having a substantially vertical tubular member with a plurality of apertures formed therein; an angled portion extending upwardly from the substantially vertical tubular member; an arm rest support extending perpendicularly from the angled portion for receiving an arm rest; and a handle extending outwardly from the arm rest support. The crutch further includes a leg telescopically received into the substantially vertical tubular member, and a foot exchangably received by the leg.
Defibrillator Charging
Systems and methods related to the field of cardiac resuscitation, and in particular to devices for assisting rescuers in performing cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
