MACHINE FOR CLEANING VEHICLE RUBBER FLOOR MATS
20230070708 · 2023-03-09 ·

A washing machine for washing vehicle floor mats that are made of rubber includes a housing with an interior washing chamber having an arrangement of rotating water nozzles that direct a pressurized spray of water onto the top side of the rubber floor mat that is held in opposing relation to the water nozzles. An electric motor operates a water pump to direct pressurized waterflow to the water nozzles. At the end of a washing cycle, the electric motor and pump are disabled and an air blower is activated to direct a flow of air onto the rubber floor mat during a drying cycle. A drain on the floor of the washing chamber directs the dirty water out of the housing of the machine which may be directed to a collection reservoir or the surrounding environment.

WORKPIECE CLEANING DEVICE, CLEANING PROCESS AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS
20220324172 · 2022-10-13 ·

The invention relates to a device for cleaning a workpiece produced by means of additive production from a granular and/or powdery production material and/or for removing excess granular and/or powdery production material after additive workpiece production. The device comprises a housing in which a workpiece mounting is arranged on which or on which the produced workpiece can be arranged. In or on the housing at least one conveyor is arranged to convey, in particular, excess production material, away from the housing interior. At least one movable nozzle is arranged on at least one movable nozzle arm in the housing interior, such that the workpiece and the housing interior can be acted upon by at least one flow of the cleaning fluid during a cleaning cycle in which the workpiece and/or housing interior are purged of, in particular, excess production material. At least one nozzle rotation is provided, in which the nozzle can be rotated about at least one nozzle rotation axis relative to the nozzle arm. At least one arm trajectory movement and/or at least one arm rotation is provided, in which the nozzle arm can be moved and/or rotated relative to the workpiece mounting along at least one arm trajectory and/or about at least one arm rotation axis. The rotational speed of the nozzle rotation and the speed of the arm movement and/or the arm rotation are constituted such that during a cleaning cycle the flow of the cleaning fluid assumes all, or almost all, flow directions within the housing interior, such that the whole surface, or almost the whole surface, of the workpiece and of the housing interior, can be exposed to the cleaning flow from all, or almost all, directions.

System and method for cleaning surfaces through drones
11660647 · 2023-05-30 · ·

This disclosure relates to system and method for cleaning surfaces using drones. The method includes identifying, by a first drone, a cleaning strip in contact with a surface. The cleaning strip connects a second drone and a third drone. The second drone is communicatively coupled with the third drone. The first drone is communicatively coupled with each of the second drone and the third drone. The method further includes releasing a cleaning agent at a preconfigured pressure upon a current target region of the surface near the cleaning strip. The method further includes relocating the cleaning strip upon the current target region. The method further includes performing a set of oscillations through the cleaning strip across the current target region. Each of the set of oscillations includes coordinating a displacement of the cleaning strip by a predefined distance, alternating towards each of ends of the cleaning strip.

CLEANING LIQUID NOZZLE, CLEANING APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE USING THE SAME

A cleaning apparatus includes a gas supply line and a cleaning liquid supply line. A nozzle is connected to the gas and the cleaning liquid supply lines. The nozzle applies the cleaning liquid to a substrate. A gas entrance port at a top of a body of the nozzle is connected to the gas supply line. A first cleaning liquid entrance port is disposed on a sidewall of the nozzle body and is connected to the cleaning liquid supply line. A fluid injection port is disposed at a bottom of the nozzle body and discharges both the gas and the cleaning liquid. An internal passage of the nozzle body connects each of the gas entrance port and the first cleaning liquid entrance port to the fluid injection port. The fluid injection port has a diameter that is greater than a diameter of the first cleaning liquid entrance port.

Equipment comprising a moulding cavity made of porous material, patty forming machine and cavity washing machine comprising such equipment

A tooling for forming patties from a food mass includes a mould cavity holder; a mould cavity arranged such that it is received in the mould cavity holder, the mould cavity being made of a material porous to a fluid and including an internal face defining a patty forming mould and an external face separated from the internal face by a body of porous material; a clamp for clamping the mould cavity in the mould cavity holder; and a seal placed between the mould cavity and one of the mould cavity holder and the clamp. The seal is arranged such that it forces a pressure fluid, brought to the external face of the body of porous material to pass therethrough to the internal face.
