10953439 · 2021-03-23 ·

The invention relates to a portable overnight degreasing system, a work station and a method of use. The invention includes a portable soak tank with a disposable liner bag liner removably placed within the interior of the soak tank. The liner bag is then filled with a cleaning solution and soiled items are lowered into the bag liner upon removable grates. An agitator pump is positioned within the portable soak tank to agitate the cleaning solution. The soiled items remain within the locked soak tank overnight or until grease and carbon falls off of the soiled items. An optional heater may be used within the soak tank to increase the speed of degreasing. The soak tank also includes a slanted floor that funnels fluid from the interior of the soak tank into a pipe that connects to a valve on the front wall of the soak tank. Fluid is removed from the system through the valve and then the empty liner bag is disposed. When used as a workstation, a protective cover is placed over the lid and upper portion of the soak tank and a cutting board is placed over the protective cover in a recessed pocket for use by kitchen staff.

An immersed wheel cleaning device is composed of a wheel feeding system, a wheel cleaning system and a wheel discharging and blowing system. Cleaning and blowing of each wheel comprise four steps: step 1, feeding and clamping; step 2, primary cleaning; step 3, secondary cleaning; and step 4, blowing and discharging. Ordered engagement of discharging and feeding is realized by cyclic switching of manipulators, and the steps are engaged, so that the cycle time is greatly reduced.

Method and apparatus for washing sheets of plastic material
10792841 · 2020-10-06 · ·

A method and apparatus for washing sheets of plastic material originating from industrial and agricultural waste, for subsequent reuse thereof as a raw material. The sheets of plastic material, precut into soiled pieces of large dimensions, and a water flow are supplied to a washing tank containing a water bath; a screw stirrer generates intense stirring of the water bath and recirculation, inside the tank, of the soiled plastic pieces that causes the contaminating material to be detached and separated by sedimentation from the plastic pieces. The cleaned pieces of plastic material of large dimensions, devoid of contaminant, which float in the water bath are removed by dragging, in a floating condition, along a discharging channel by the combined action of a dragging device and of a water flow that exits the washing tank; the dragging device, consisting of an endless belt, extends from one side of the washing tank along the discharging channel, supported in a freely tiltable manner.
