A seam ripping assembly for use in preparing a coiled tubing operation in a production well, such as, for example, in the oil and gas industry. More particularly, the present invention pertains to a method and apparatus for seam dressing that can be used to efficiently remove a weld seam along an inner diameter on a section of coiled tubing, thereby allowing a coil connector to then be able to attach to an end of said section of coiled tubing.

The present disclosure relates generally to the field of medical devices and medical device accessories. In particular, the present disclosure relates to a tool or accessory for cleaning a medical device. For example, the tool or accessory may clean a fluid delivery lumen of an endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) knife. The tool or accessory may include a housing with a first portion of an elongate member secured within a first portion of the housing and a second portion of the elongate member extending into a chamber of the housing.

A clearing head 10 includes annular scraper edge (12) and rows of openings (14, 16). A clearing tool (100) has a one-piece combined shaft (24) and clearing head (10). Wiper ring (49) includes inner first material 49a around an opening (49c) for the shaft (24). The first material may have molybdenum/molybdenum disulphide. A resilient second material 49b is provided around the first material. The resilient second material is or includes FKM. In a ram (38), the resilient second material can exert inward radial pressure to the first material by reacting against a ram interior wall (39). The ram can incline from horizontal and vertical by an angle e.g. between at least 10 and 80, or between at least 20 and 70, or between at least 30 and 60, or between at least 25 and 45, or around 30.

The pipe-cleaning attachment is a kit. The pipe-cleaning attachment is configured for use with a copper pipe. The pipe-cleaning attachment is a tool that cleans the interior surface and the exterior surface of the copper pipe in preparation for processing. By processing is meant one of several plumbing procedures including, but not limited to, soldering the copper pipe or cutting the copper pipe. The pipe-cleaning attachment is an electrically powered rotating brush that physically cleans the copper pipe. The pipe-cleaning attachment comprises a plurality of cleaning kits and a drive system. The plurality of cleaning kits comprises a collection of brushes. The drive system rotates a brush selected from the plurality of cleaning kits to clean the copper pipe.

Material lining the inside surface of a section of pipe is removed by a hydrodemolition nozzle assembly mounted on a working end of an elongated boom. The opposed end of the boom is supported outside the pipe on a movable support for inserting and retracting the boom from the inside of the pipe. The nozzles remove the liner while the working end of the boom is supported by a wheel resting on the liner that has not yet been removed and that rolls along the inside liner as the pipe is made to revolve around the boom. The nozzles are oriented to eject the liner and water downstream and away from the boom.

A system for grit blasting an annular junction portion of a pipeline extending along a longitudinal axis on board a laying vessel, comprises at least one carriage configured to advance along an annular path about the pipeline; at least one centrifugal turbine, which is configured to project grit towards the pipeline, rotates about a rotation axis lying on a plane orthogonal to the longitudinal axis and is supported by the carriage; at least one feed device configured to feed the grit to the centrifugal turbine and comprising a hopper which extends along a respective axis, defines a feed chamber and is coupled to the respective carriage and a guide device configured to act in conjunction with the hopper to feed the grit to the centrifugal turbine at all the operating positions of the carriage.

A cleaning device for a mechanical cleaning of a gas nozzle of a protective gas welding burner, provided with a controlled, rotatably driven cleaning head having at least one co-rotating cleaning element, and with a supplying and centering apparatus for a coaxial positioning of the gas nozzle with respect to the axis of rotation of the cleaning head in the region of at least one cleaning element. The cleaning head has two cleaning arms creating a scissors-form with the cleaning arms, which are suspended in a freely swinging manner on a pivot bearing arranged transversely to the axis of rotation in the cleaning head. Respective centrifugal weights are arranged on the cleaning arms on the lower regions facing away from the gas nozzle, so that the cleaning scissors are spread apart with a rotation of the of the cleaning head.

Systems, methods, and a hole-cleaning apparatus for cleaning machined holes before measurement. The apparatus includes a probe that is inserted into a hole, and a spool support configured to support a spool of a cleaning material. During operation, cleaning material is drawn from the spool downward along the outer surface of the probe, and cleans the machined hole. The cleaning material then passes through an opening at the lower end of the probe, moves upward through an internal passage to an opening in the upper end of the probe, and is collected on a powered take-up reel.

A mixing unit for ready-to-use flushing solutions with a mixing chamber, with which conduits for ultrapure water and for concentrate communicate, in order to form a ready-to use flushing solution therein is characterized in that the concentrate is filled into a concentrate bag, which is provided with a concentrate bag connector, which is connectable to a connector on the mixing unit, that the connector on the mixing unit is covered by a pivotal concentrate valve in its closed state so that a sealed flushing space is defined around the connector and that a flushing liquid conduit communicates with the connector on the mixing unit so that flushing liquid is conveyable into the flushing space, which can completely clean the connector internally and externally.

A burr removal tool for preparing a pipe for soldering includes a cylinder that has a pair of wells each recessed into opposing ends of the cylinder for insertably receiving an end of a pipe. The cylinder has a plurality of first bristles each disposed within a respective one of the wells. The plurality of first bristles in a respective one of the wells scrubs the pipe when the pipe is inserted into the respective well for abrading burrs from the pipe. A pair of brushes is each coupled to and extends away from the cylinder thereby facilitating a respective one of the brushes to be inserted into the pipe for scrubbing inside of the pipe. Additionally, each of the brushes is perpendicularly oriented with the pair of wells in the cylinder.
