Material Cleaning Device and Cooking Appliance
A material cleaning device and a cooking appliance. The material cleaning device comprises: a cleaning chamber, an air inlet, a material inlet, and a water inlet being provided on the cleaning chamber, the air inlet, the material inlet, and the water inlet being respectively used for transporting air flows, a material to be cleaned, and water for cleaning the material to the cleaning chamber; and a stirring assembly provided in the cleaning chamber and being capable of rotating in the cleaning chamber under the action of the air streams, so as to stir the material and the water in the cleaning chamber. The material cleaning device drives the stirring assembly to rotate by means of air streams, so as to make the stirring assembly stir the material and the water in the cleaning chamber, thereby implementing automatic cleaning. The material cleaning device features a simple structure, and is easy to use.
Automated bin washer
An automated system and method for washing bins. The system includes an infeed conveyor zone having a first conveyor platform for transporting the bins in a conveying direction. The system also includes a bin rotator disposed next to the infeed conveyor zone and rotates upward to allow the bins to be flipped and then loaded onto the first conveyor platform. The system further includes a bin washer zone located downstream from the infeed conveyor zone and having a second conveyor platform for receiving and transporting the bins in the conveying direction. The bin washer zone has sprayers for washing and sanitizing the bins with pressurized liquid. A flipping zone is located downstream from the bin washer zone for allowing the bins to be flipped and transferred onto an outfeed zone that allows the bins to be transported into a loading position at the end of the outfeed zone for reuse.
BREWING VESSEL CLEANING COMPOSITION AND RELATED METHODS OF USE
An acidic cleaning composition and related methods of use for rapidly cleaning and sanitizing hard contact surfaces in the food and beverage industry. The acidic cleaning composition includes a concentrated acidic solution, a strong oxidizer, a surfactant, a suitable solvent and/or sufficient quantities of water. The acidic cleaning composition rapidly removes soils from food and beverage contact surfaces such as, for example, brewing vats and kegs, without requiring CO.sub.2 be removed from the brewery vessel. The acidic cleaning composition can be in a concentrated form for dilution with additional dilution water at ambient or faucet temperature as opposed to requiring the use of hot water. The acidic cleaning composition is free-rinsing leaving essentially no residue on the contact surface. The surfactant provides low-foam properties so as to avoid cavitation and damage within a pump assembly.
METHOD FOR CLEANING AND STORING OF A MOULD DRUM
The present invention relates to a mould drum for moulding products from a mass of food starting material. The mould drum comprises one or more cavities with a mould cavity wall having at least partially a porous structure, whereas each cavity is connected to a passage. The present invention further relates to a cleaning apparatus and a forming apparatus preferably provided with a cleaning device for the inventive mould drum with supporting means for supporting the axis of the drum. Additionally, the present invention relates to a process for cleaning the inventive drum.
Cleaning device and method for cleaning containers
A cleaning device for cleaning a reusable cask includes a treatment head that is connectable to a keg fitting of a reusable cask. The treatment head delivers fluid into the interior and also removes fluid from the interior. The treatment head connects at least temporarily to a pump that sucks fluid from the cask's interior. A bypass line connects the pump to a valve mechanism that provides selected fluids.
Food processor with cleaning accessory amd methods of using same
An apparatus and method of cleaning a food processor including providing a food processor base that includes a rotary power driver having a rotatable shaft. A bowl is mounted on the base. A food processing blade attached to the shaft within the bowl. A cleaning accessory is placed in the bowl above the food processing blade. A cleaning fluid is introduced into the bowl, and the food processing blade with the rotatable shaft agitate the cleaning fluid in conjunction with the cleaning accessory.
Teat cup cleaning unit comprising a distribution unit
The invention relates to a teat cup cleaning unit comprising a distribution unit which has an inlet and at least two outlets for a cleaning liquid. The distribution unit has a calming chamber and a distribution chamber. The calming chamber is connected to the distribution chamber via an opening. The inlet opens into the calming chamber. A cleaning liquid leaves the distribution chamber through the passages leading to the outlets.
Brewing vessel cleaning composition and related methods of use

BUCKET CLEANING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
A bucket cleaning apparatus is provided. The bucket cleaning apparatus includes a frame. One or more primary support members is coupled individually to the frame. A corresponding secondary support member is coupled to each primary support member. A scraper is coupled to one or more of each of the primary support members and secondary support members, wherein each scraper is adjustable with respect to the primary support member or secondary support member to which the scraper is coupled. A bucket may be inserted over the top of the primary support members such that the scrapers on at least the primary support members engage interior surfaces of the bucket to clean out the bucket as the bucket is rotated about the primary support members.
Elevated potable water tank and tower rotary cleaning system
A system for vacuuming out sediment when installed on the inside of a gravity feed, elevated potable water tank or tower holding water at a pressure head of the kind having a riser serving as a water inlet and outlet. The system having a rotating manifold driven by a rotational drive mechanism installed along the bottom wall of the tank or tower connected to a plurality of downwardly directed nozzles. The rotating manifold is connected to a drain pipe passing down through the or alongside the tank riser and is supported so that the nozzles are positioned above the bottom wall in the vicinity of the sediment. When water is allowed to flow through the drain pipe, the pressure head causes sediment which may otherwise be a health risk and promote electrolytic corrosion to be vacuumed out by the nozzles.
