Adhesive acrylate-olefin copolymers, methods for producing same and compositions utilizing same
The present invention relates to an adhesive compositions, facestocks and/or packaging labels containing same, where such compositions, facestocks and/or labels are designed to facilitate the recyclability of a plastic article formed from any suitable polymer or mixture of polymers (e.g., a polyethylene terephthalate (PET), high density polyethylene (HDPE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), low density polyethylene (LDPE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), or others of all plastic types), or even glass bottles. In another embodiment, the present invention relates to a method for removing an adhesive composition, facestock and/or packaging label containing same, from a plastic article that is to be recycled.
AUTOMATIC MOLD CLEANING DEVICE
An automatic mold cleaning device includes an automatic cleaning system, a mold clamping system and a waste recovery system.
REFURBISHING SYSTEM FOR REUSABLE CHILD-SAFE CONTAINERS
An automated refurbishment system for cleaning and testing recycled child-safe containers. The system takes in durable, child-safe container bodies and caps after usage, washes the container parts reduce an amount of contaminants, and then dries the washed parts. The system then assembles the child-safe container bodies to caps, and tests the assembled child-safe containers, to assess the functionality of the child-safe features. The clean and tested refurbished child-safe containers can then be reused to dispense controlled substances (e.g., pharmaceuticals). Specific modules of the system can be interchanged to allow compatibility with different styles and designs of child-safe containers. The refurbishment system facilitates the recycling and reuse of durable, child-safe containers as an alternative to the current practice of using single-use, disposable plastic child-safe containers to dispense prescription pills and other controlled substances.
In-mould labelling process
There is disclosed an in-mould labelling process for the manufacture of a labelled article comprising the steps of: feeding a labelstock web into a mould; forming an article in the mould such that the formed article contacts and effectively adheres to a label of the labelstock web; detaching the adhered label from the labelstock web; and removing the formed and labelled article from the mould.
Shrink wrap label coating to facilitate recycling
The present invention discloses a method of enabling the easy separation of labels, including wrap around labels and sleeve labels, particularly shrink sleeve labels, from containers during recycling through the use of a specially formulated coating to be applied in the seam area. The coatings ensure proper bonding, and shrink properties, of the labels, and have been designed to help de-bonding of the seam in a hot caustic wash step, or a solvent wash step. The method does not rely on floatation separation and therefore may be applied to any container/label material combination regardless of their specific gravity differences.
Etching reactants and plasma-free etching processes using the same
Disclosed are processes of removing layers from substrates using fluorinated reactants having the formula MF.sub.x(adduct).sub.n, wherein x ranges from 2 to 6 inclusive; n ranges from 0 to 5 inclusive; M is selected from the group consisting of P, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Mo, and W; and the adduct is a neutral organic molecule selected from THF, dimethylether, diethylether, glyme, diglyme, triglyme, polyglyme, dimethylsulphide, diethylsulphide, or methylcyanide. The fluorinated reactants dry etch the nitride layers without utilizing any plasma.
Automatic sterilizing waste glass bottle recycling equipment
The invention discloses an automatic sterilizing waste glass bottle recycling equipment, and includes a machine body, a left side of the upper end of the machine body is provided with a placement opening that opens upwards and opens to the left, a right wall of the placement opening communicates with a channel that opens to the right, and a bottle washing device is provided on the left side of the channel An infrared detection device is arranged in the channel and on the right side of the bottle body scrubbing device, the infrared detection device pushes out bottles with foreign objects or damage in the bottle, and an in-bottle flushing device is provided on the right side in the channel. The outer surface of the recovered glass bottle can be quickly cleaned and the old labels can be removed. By hot water cleaning, both the bottle body can be sterilized by high temperature and the glass bottle can be heated at the same time, so that the next infrared detection can be accurately removed.
Installation intended to automatically remove labels of crates
Installation provided with at least one high-pressure circuit comprising at least one high-pressure pump and rotating nozzles attacking the four sides of crates in order to automatically remove labels, wherein the installation further comprises a low-pressure circuit able to clean the installation inwardly and to transport labels to specific filters so that stoppages are diminished and further able to recirculate the water of the high-pressure and low-pressure circuits, and wherein trolleys holding the crates are able to rotate by means of a predefined path on perimetral guides of the frame so that the jets of the nozzles attack the required walls of the crates on four sides.
BOTTLE LABEL REMOVING AND CLEANING INTEGRATED SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a bottle label removing and cleaning integrated system, including a support platform, and further including a label removing and cleaning machine, a bouncing separation screen, a cleaning liquid separator, and a cleaning liquid buffer tank that are sequentially connected, where the label removing and cleaning machine is mounted on the support platform, the bouncing separation screen is configured to separate cleaning water, labels, and impurities from main materials, and the cleaning liquid buffer tank is configured to accommodate cleaning liquid purified by the cleaning liquid separator.
LABEL REMOVING MACHINE
The present invention discloses a label removing machine. The label removing machine includes a base, a feeding seat and a supporting seat being disposed on the base, an outer cylinder being disposed between the feeding seat and the supporting seat, a rotary drum being disposed in the outer cylinder, moving blade components being disposed on an outer wall of the rotary drum, the outer cylinder including a supporting frame, a plurality of fixed blade plates being detachably connected to the supporting frame in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of fixed blade components being detachably connected to the fixed blade plates.
