Device for washing containers for transporting live poultry
The washing of drawer-like cages for transporting live poultry consists of successively introducing the drawer-like cages into a rotatable drum with a horizontal axis having an inlet and an outlet, driving the continuous rotation of the rotatable drum, providing a helical roto-translational motion to the drawer-like cages from the inlet towards the outlet of the rotatable drum, and spraying the drawer-like cages with a washing liquid during their roto-translational motion.
Conveying and cleaning system and methods for cleaning and stacking trays and/or layer pads
The invention comprises a steam cleaning system that can rapidly handle multiple objects in an efficient and useful way. For example, objects used for shipping or moving food products in the food manufacturing or food services industries must either be new, clean and used once and then discarded, or re-used and thus cleaned to ensure no contamination is present. Layer pad objects or other separating surfaces are often used in these industries and often when these objects are used in stacking and pelletizing large shipments of food products, where the payer pad or other separating or container objects or surfaces help contain or maintain the integrity of the food products during shipment. In an important aspect of the invention, a plastic layer pad cleaning system is described. In other aspects, other surfaces, containers, or other separating objects used in shipping or distribution or food products are efficiently cleaned using a steam cleaning and conveying system. The system can comprise a steam generator, one or more steam cleaning units where optionally an individual object or layer pad is cleaned one at a time, one or more drying units, and specialized conveying and holding units for moving objects through a cleaning apparatus, and then subsequently drying and handling or storing the objects for future use.
Ventilation system and method for cold planer machine
A ventilation system and method for a cold planer are provided. The ventilation system includes a settling box inside a water tank. The settling box includes a body. The body includes at least one sidewall defining an air inlet having a first cross-section to accept dust and fumes generated by a milling drum operation of the cold planer but to reject particles from the milling drum operation at or above a predetermined size. The settling box further includes an air outlet having a second cross-section less than the first cross-section of the air inlet. The ventilation system further includes an outlet pipe connected to the air outlet, a fan and a cleaning system. The fan is configured to pull air from below the air inlet into the settling box, through the air outlet and to the outlet pipe.
Method for controlling hygiene of a portable packaged food container
A method is provided for operating a system to automatically conduct hygiene cycles for a confined space such an interior space of a box suitable for storing and/or carrying packaged food. The system may include a hygiene device that can be attached to the box to conduct the hygiene cycles and a mobile device that can wirelessly communicate with the hygiene device to control the conduction of the hygiene cycles. The method may include automatically collecting information related to the hygiene cycles using the hygiene device and transmitting the collected information to a network directly or through the mobile device.
CASE WASHERS HAVING SIDEHILL SCREEN ASSEMBLIES
A case washer for use in a dairy processing machine has an enclosure through which the cases are conveyed, a plurality of nozzles that spray a fluid into the enclosure to thereby remove debris from the cases as the cases are conveyed through the enclosure, and a funnel that receives the fluid and the debris from the enclosure. A sidehill screen assembly receives the fluid and the debris from the funnel. The sidehill screen assembly has a screen along which the fluid and the debris are conveyed such that the fluid percolates through the screen and the debris is collected on the screen and the debris falls off the screen under force of gravity.
Installation intended to automatically remove labels of crates
Installation provided with at least one high-pressure circuit comprising at least one high-pressure pump and rotating nozzles attacking the four sides of crates in order to automatically remove labels, wherein the installation further comprises a low-pressure circuit able to clean the installation inwardly and to transport labels to specific filters so that stoppages are diminished and further able to recirculate the water of the high-pressure and low-pressure circuits, and wherein trolleys holding the crates are able to rotate by means of a predefined path on perimetral guides of the frame so that the jets of the nozzles attack the required walls of the crates on four sides.
Method and station for treatment of a transport container made of plastic material for the atmospheric storage and conveyance of substrates
A method for treatment of a plastic transport box for conveyance and atmospheric storage of substrates including walls bounding a volume intended for storage of substrates, and a station for treatment of transport boxes for conveyance and atmospheric storage of substrates, the method including: at least one plasma treatment in which at least one interior wall of the transport box is subjected to a plasma of a treatment gas at a gas pressure lower than 10000 pascals.
Containment basket adapted for bottles or similar containers, in particular for washing operations
A containment basket adapted for bottles or similar containers includes: sidewalls, a base including grids or slots, an open side opposite to the base, and a fastening system on opposite first sidewalls of the basket; for securing fixed grids parallel to the base of the basket. The fixed grids include apertures for housing the bottles. Lateral guides on opposite second sidewalls of the basket are adapted for housing a lever system for positioning a sliding grid parallel to the fixed grids in a height-adjustable position. The sliding grid includes apertures suitable for housing the bottles. First windows on the second sidewalls are adapted to cooperate with the lever system to allow the height-adjustable positioning of the sliding grid and to allow the sliding grid to slide between a first bottle retaining position and a second bottle releasing position.
FOUP CLEANING DEVICE AND FOUP CLEANING METHOD
The present invention is directed to providing a front opening unified pod (FOUP) cleaning device capable of improving cleaning and drying efficiency for a FOUP body and a FOUP cover and a FOUP cleaning method. To this end, the FOUP cleaning device for cleaning a FOUP including a FOUP body and a FOUP cover includes: a loading and unloading part configured to load or unload the FOUP; a standby part which is provided at one side of the loading and unloading part and on which the FOUP body and the FOUP cover are separated from or coupled to each other; a cleaning chamber configured to clean the FOUP body and the FOUP cover using steam; and a robot configured to transport the FOUP body and the FOUP cover between the standby part and the cleaning chamber. The FOUP cleaning method for cleaning a FOUP including a FOUP body and a FOUP cover includes loading the FOUP on a loading and unloading part; transporting the loaded FOUP to a standby part; transporting the FOUP body and the FOUP cover transported to the standby part to a cleaning chamber using a robot; and cleaning the FOUP body and the FOUP cover by supplying steam into the cleaning chamber.
