Systems, methods and apparatus for launching and recovering a vehicle via a side manway of a tank are provided. A launcher is coupled to a vertical side of the tank via a manway adapter. The launcher includes a first side having a lid and a second side configured to couple with the manway adapter. The lid is removed from the first side of the launcher. An autonomous vehicle is loaded into the launcher via the first side of the launcher. The lid is placed on the first side of the launcher. The launcher can be pressurized with the autonomous vehicle inside the launcher. The manway adapter is opened at the second side of the launcher to release the flammable fluid into the launcher. Subsequent to opening the manway adapter, the autonomous vehicle launches from the launcher into the tank to perform a tank inspection process.

In one embodiment, a substrate liquid treatment apparatus includes: a tank that stores a processing liquid; a circulation line connected to the tank, through which circulation line a circulation flow of the processing liquid that leaves the tank and then returns back to the tank; a processing unit that processes a substrate by supplying the processing liquid, distributed from the circulation line, to the substrate; a return line that returns, to the tank, the processing liquid discharged from the processing unit after being supplied to the substrate; a cleaning nozzle that discharges a cleaning liquid onto an inner wall surface of the tank to clean the inner wall surface by the cleaning liquid; and a cleaning line that supplies the cleaning liquid to the cleaning nozzle.

A substrate processing apparatus includes a spraying unit installed in an inner space of a chamber member in which a substrate is processed, spraying a cleaning liquid into the inner space of the chamber member so as to clean devices for discharging a chemical liquid to the substrate and then collecting the chemical liquid, and spraying a drying gas for drying the remaining cleaning liquid into the inner space of the chamber member, a management unit removing a residue remaining on the spraying unit after the spraying unit sprays the cleaning liquid, and a controller controlling the spraying unit and the management unit.

A substrate processing apparatus includes a spraying unit installed in an inner space of a chamber member in which a substrate is processed, spraying a cleaning liquid into the inner space of the chamber member so as to clean devices for discharging a chemical liquid to the substrate and then collecting the chemical liquid, and spraying a drying gas for drying the remaining cleaning liquid into the inner space of the chamber member, a management unit removing a residue remaining on the spraying unit after the spraying unit sprays the cleaning liquid, and a controller controlling the spraying unit and the management unit.

A method and apparatus for cleaning, and removing contaminants from the interior of a lubrication rundown tank of a mechanical system provides a source of pressurized and heated cleaning fluid containing at least one solvent; a first jumper hose communicating between the source of pressurized cleaning fluid and the interior of the lubrication rundown tank; a second jumper hose communicating between the interior of the lubrication rundown tank and a dirty fluid collection body; and an outlet spray nozzle carried by a nozzle extension placed within the interior of the lubrication rundown tank and in fluid communication with the source of pressurized and heated cleaning fluid to receive the pressurized and heated cleaning fluid therefrom.

A tank cleaning machine comprising a housing having an inlet and a stationary guide diverter disposed within the housing. A gearing mechanism is attached to the stationery flow diverter. A nozzle extends from the housing wherein the nozzle is in fluid communication with the inlet and the nozzle includes an inclined portion extending from a horizontal portion of the nozzle. A drag limiter extends into a hydraulic fluid reservoir to limit the rotation speed of the gear.

A method and apparatus for cleaning a vessel. The apparatus comprises a retractable assembly and a self-propelled cleaning carriage. The retractable assembly has a center section, a first segmented arm configured to extend in a first direction from the center section in an interior of a vessel, and a second segmented arm configured to extend in a second direction from the center section in the interior of the vessel. The second direction is opposite the first direction. The self-propelled cleaning carriage surrounds at least a portion of the retractable assembly. The self-propelled cleaning carriage is configured to move along at least one of the first segmented arm or the second segmented arm.

A method and apparatus for cleaning a vessel. The apparatus comprises a retractable assembly and a self-propelled cleaning carriage. The retractable assembly has a center section, a first segmented arm configured to extend in a first direction from the center section in an interior of a vessel, and a second segmented arm configured to extend in a second direction from the center section in the interior of the vessel. The second direction is opposite the first direction. The self-propelled cleaning carriage surrounds at least a portion of the retractable assembly. The self-propelled cleaning carriage is configured to move along at least one of the first segmented arm or the second segmented arm.

The present disclosure provides a reactor cleaning apparatus including: a fixing part having a partial region inserted into a hole formed in an upper portion of a reactor to be coupled to the reactor and fixing a pipe; the pipe inserted into a hole formed in the fixing part, protruding downward from the fixing part, and having a length adjustable in a vertical direction; a spray nozzle provided at a lower end of the pipe; and a screener provided on a lower side surface of the pipe, and a reactor cleaning method using the same.
