CLEANING APPARATUS FOR WAFER STORAGE CONTAINER
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the cleaning apparatus includes a cleaning tank body having a body opening and a cleaning space; a lid provided to be openable and closable with respect to the body opening; a mounting stage provided in the cleaning space placing a shell of a wafer storage container; a first ejector that ejects a cleaning liquid into a storage space of the shell; a second ejector that ejects the cleaning liquid into an outer portion of the shell; a first discharge port that discharges the cleaning liquid ejected into the storage space of the shell; a second discharge port that discharges the cleaning liquid that has passed through the outer portion of the shell; and a particle counter that measures particles in the cleaning liquid discharged by the first discharge port.
METHOD OF UTILIZING A HANDHELD BOTTLE WASHER
A method of utilizing a handheld bottle washer that includes compressing two flexible opposing sidewalls of the bottle washer with an external compression force to generate a dynamic position with a diameter of the enclosed washing aperture, inserting the two flexible opposing sidewalls into an opening of a bottle while in the dynamic position, releasing the external compression force causing the two flexible opposing sidewalls to expand outwardly to generate a static position with the diameter of the enclosed washing aperture greater than the diameter of enclosed washing aperture when in the dynamic position and with the cleaning material on the outer surfaces of each of the two opposing sidewalls contacting the inner surfaces of the bottle, and applying a downward force on the lower end of the handheld body to move the cleaning material on the inner surfaces of the bottle for cleaning.

Method and station for treatment of a transport container made of plastic material for the atmospheric storage and conveyance of substrates
A method for treatment of a plastic transport box for conveyance and atmospheric storage of substrates including walls bounding a volume intended for storage of substrates, and a station for treatment of transport boxes for conveyance and atmospheric storage of substrates, the method including: at least one plasma treatment in which at least one interior wall of the transport box is subjected to a plasma of a treatment gas at a gas pressure lower than 10000 pascals.
Washing or cleaning agent with electrochemically activatable mediator compound
The cleaning performance of washing and cleaning agents, in particular with respect to bleachable stains, was to be intensified without resulting in damage, in the context of use, to the textile treated therewith. This was achieved substantially by employing a bleaching-active species generated electrolytically from an organic mediator compound using a redox reaction.
Detergent composition including a saccharide or sugar alcohol
Solid detergent compositions according to the present invention include at least one alkali metal silicate, at least one polycarboxylic acid, at least one saccharide or sugar alcohol and water. Suitable saccharides include sucrose, fructose, inulin, maltose and lactulose, and may be present in the composition in a concentration of at least 0.5 wt %. Compositions according to certain embodiments form stable solid block detergent compositions that do not swell significantly even when subjected to elevated temperatures.
FOUP CLEANING DEVICE AND FOUP CLEANING METHOD
The present invention is directed to providing a front opening unified pod (FOUP) cleaning device capable of improving cleaning and drying efficiency for a FOUP body and a FOUP cover and a FOUP cleaning method. To this end, the FOUP cleaning device for cleaning a FOUP including a FOUP body and a FOUP cover includes: a loading and unloading part configured to load or unload the FOUP; a standby part which is provided at one side of the loading and unloading part and on which the FOUP body and the FOUP cover are separated from or coupled to each other; a cleaning chamber configured to clean the FOUP body and the FOUP cover using steam; and a robot configured to transport the FOUP body and the FOUP cover between the standby part and the cleaning chamber. The FOUP cleaning method for cleaning a FOUP including a FOUP body and a FOUP cover includes loading the FOUP on a loading and unloading part; transporting the loaded FOUP to a standby part; transporting the FOUP body and the FOUP cover transported to the standby part to a cleaning chamber using a robot; and cleaning the FOUP body and the FOUP cover by supplying steam into the cleaning chamber.
Detergent composition comprising phosphinosuccinic acid adducts and methods of use
Detergent compositions effective for controlling hard water scale accumulation are disclosed. Detergent compositions employing phosphinosuccinic acid and mono-, bis- and oligomeric phosphinosuccinic acid (PSO) derivatives with alkali metal carbonate and/or alkali metal hydroxide reduce had water scale accumulation on treated surfaces at alkaline conditions between about pH of 9 and 12.5. Methods employing the detergent compositions and preventing hard water scale accumulation are also provided.
