BLENDER TUB OVERFLOW CATCH
In at least one embodiment, a system for a blender tub overflow catch is disclosed for fracturing operations using a fracturing fluid blender. In at least one embodiment, the system includes a first tub that may be a blender tub and a second tub forming a blender tub overflow catch that is adapted to circumvent an outside diameter of the first tub to catch overflow fluid from the first tub so that it can be directed back into the first tub upon a determination that the first tub has a capacity to handle the overflow fluid.
Substrate processing apparatus, substrate processing method and recording medium
A substrate processing apparatus includes a stationary cup body 51 provided to surround a substrate holding unit 31 and configured to receive a processing liquid or mist of the processing liquid discharged onto a substrate, the stationary cup body not being moved relatively with respect to a processing vessel; a mist guard 80; and a guard elevating mechanism 84 configured to elevate the mist guard. Here, the mist guard is provided at an outside of the stationary cup body to surround the stationary cup body and configured to block a liquid scattered outwards beyond a space above the stationary cup body. Further, the mist guard includes a cylindrical portion 81 of a cylindrical shape and a protruding portion 82 protruded from an upper portion of the cylindrical portion toward an inside of the cylindrical portion.
Cleaning device, cleaning method, and machine tool
A cleaning device arranged in a table which is driven. The cleaning device includes one or more cleaning through holes provided in the table and opened at positions facing a workpiece or a jig, a container unit provided in the table and including a storage space which receives cleaning fluid; a movable member that is arranged in the container unit, that defines the storage space, and that is supported movably in a direction intersecting a horizontal axis line; and a cleaning piping component connecting the storage space and the cleaning through holes.
PORTABLE PUMP AND FUEL CONTAINMENT SYSTEM
A portable pump and fuel containment system includes a portable base assembly including a lower support and wheels, a container on the lower support including an interior volume and inlet and outlet ports in fluid communication with the interior volume, and a liquid transfer assembly coupled to the portable base assembly. The liquid transfer assembly includes a pump, a three-way control valve, a flexible transfer line having a first transfer line segment coupled to a first inlet of the three-way control valve and a second transfer line segment extending from the outlet port to a second inlet of the three-way control valve, and a flexible return line having a first end coupled to the outlet of the pump and a second end detachably coupled to the inlet port of the container. An outlet of the three-way control valve is connected to an inlet of the pump.
Extendible and retractable cooking smoke shielding and guiding apparatus
A cooking smoke shielding and guiding apparatus comprises: a housing including an outer casing, a storing chamber defined in the outer casing and having a slot formed in an end portion of the outer casing, and a plurality of fixing elements formed on said outer casing adapted for fixing the outer casing on a kitchen object by the fixing elements; a shielding plate slidably retractably stored in the storing chamber of the housing or slidably extended outwardly through the slot of the outer casing for shielding and guiding cooking smoke; and a driving mechanism mounted in the storing chamber and operatively extending the shielding plate outwardly from the storing chamber, or operatively retracting the shielding plate inwardly into the storing chamber.
A CONTAINMENT SYSTEM FOR A SUBSTANCE IN LIQUID OR PARTICULATE FORM
Disclosed is a containment system for a substance in liquid or particulate form including juxtaposed collection containers and at least one connection bracket including a flattened base and locking unit including at least two locking elements, protruding from two respective ends of the base, wherein the collection container includes a support base which has at least one groove on its outer face which opens onto at least one edge of the support base, the groove having at least one indented housing having a plan shape equal to that of the locking elements and wherein the bracket has the first locking element inserted into the housing of a first container and the second locking element inserted into the housing of a second container.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CLEANING HVAC COOLING COILS
An apparatus for cleaning an HVAC coil unit comprises a supply and collection assembly with a housing defining an interior space for containing a quantity of cleaning solution. A pump has an inlet positioned to be in fluid communication with the cleaning solution and is operative to deliver the cleaning solution to an outlet of the supply and collection assembly in a volume of at least 40 gallons per minute. Fluid return piping defines a conduit to conduct used cleaning solution from the HVAC coil unit back to a collection inlet. A filter assembly is positioned along the fluid return piping to filter the used cleaning solution. A fluid flow device is operative to provide pressure to move a quantity of the used cleaning solution through the fluid return piping. The used cleaning solution is returned to the interior space through the collection inlet during operation of said fluid flow device.
System for and method of by-product removal from a metal substrate
A system for and method of removing residues, deposits, and debris from a substrate that has been marked by a chemical etching process is disclosed. The system includes one or more upper sprayers that deposit a cleaning solution to a top surface of the product as it passes beneath the one or more upper sprayers. The system further includes at least one upper brush that operates to scrub the top surface of the product after the cleaning solution has been applied thereto. The system optionally includes one or more lower sprayers and lower brushes to clean a bottom surface of the product as it is conveyed through the system. The system further includes an air knife system that assists with drying the product prior to exiting the system.
