VEHICLE CLEANER SYSTEM

Provided is a vehicle cleaner system with which it can be ascertained which cleaner has broken down. A vehicle cleaner system comprises: a plurality of cleaner units; a motor pump; an electromagnetic valve which switches between allowing and denying the movement of a cleaning liquid; a cleaner control unit; and a plurality of protection determination units that protect the electromagnetic valve from being supplied with an overcurrent when the electromagnetic valve has short-circuited and is opened, and that notify the cleaner control unit that the electromagnetic valve has short-circuited and is opened. The cleaner control unit outputs, to a vehicle control unit, which electromagnetic valve is unavailable for use, on the basis of a signal that is acquired from the protection determination units and that indicates that the electromagnetic valve has short-circuited and is opened.

A refill cartridge having a swirl chamber may be attached to the hollow tube. The refill cartridge has at least one nub, indent and/or external channel or groove on its external surface.

Method and cleaning device for cleaning items to be cleaned

A method for cleaning items to be cleaned is disclosed. A cleaning device is used that has at least one cleaning chamber and at least one applicator for applying at least one cleaning fluid to the items to be cleaned in the cleaning chamber. A desired hygiene value is prespecified. The method further includes time-resolved recording of at least two influencing variables which influence hygienization of the items to be cleaned. Hygiene share values are determined from the influencing variables using a prespecified relationship between each influencing variable and the respective hygiene value share of said influencing variable. An expected actual hygiene value at the end of the cleaning from the hygiene value shares is ascertained and compared with the desired hygiene value. At least one of the influencing variables is changed based on the comparison. An inventive cleaning device is also disclosed.

A high-pressure cleaning device, a cleaning dispersion, and a combination of a high-pressure cleaning device with a surface to be cleaned. The cleaning device cleans surfaces soiled by fine particles, particularly motor vehicle surfaces, and includes a high-pressure pump for delivering a cleaning product to a high-pressure jet nozzle. The cleaning product emerges in a high-pressure jet. The cleaning product includes a cleaning dispersion with a carrier fluid and solid cleaning particles having a density of between 0.8 g/cm.sup.3 and 3.5 g/cm.sup.3. Cleaning particles emerge from the high-pressure jet nozzle having a minimum kinetic energy of 1.Math.10.sup.−10 J and a maximum kinetic energy of 2.Math.10.sup.−4 J.

Vacuum spray apparatus and uses thereof

Spray apparatus and uses thereof are described herein. A vacuum spray nozzle apparatus may include a first tube in fluid communication with a fluid source, a rotor coupled to the tube, a conduit in fluid communication with the passages of the first tube, and a second tube coupled to the conduit, the second tube being in fluid communication with a vacuum source. The rotor is in fluid communication with the pressurized fluid source. The conduit is substantially arched or angled such that an outlet of the conduit is offset a radial distance in a radial direction from the rotor axis, and when pressurized fluid is ejected from the outlet, during use, rotates the conduit. The vacuum spray nozzle apparatus is configured to remove components from a material through the second tube when a pressure of the system is reduced using the vacuum source.

CLEANING NOZZLES OF A MACHINE

A controller associated with a machine may determine that a first subset of nozzles, of a plurality of nozzles of the machine, is to be cleaned. The controller may determine a first flow rate of the fluid through the first subset of nozzles and increase, based on determining that the first subset of nozzles is to be cleaned, the first flow rate of the fluid through the first subset of nozzles to a second flow rate of the fluid through the first subset of nozzles. The controller may decrease the second flow rate of the fluid through the first subset of nozzles to the first flow rate of the fluid through the first subset of nozzles when the first subset of nozzles is cleaned.

Pressure Nozzle Support

A pressure nozzle support includes a body. A first and second guide is attached or integral to the body and is formed in a shaped that glides along a vertical surface. A nozzle coupling is attached to the body or integral to the body behind the first and second guides. The nozzle coupling is configured to support a pressure nozzle that provides a stream of pressured fluid in a region between the first and second fixed guide and is positioned at a height above a bottom surface of each of the first and second fixed guides so that a nozzle positioned therein will be at a predetermined distance away from the vertical surface.

SELF-CONTAINED PRESSURE WASHER

A device includes a tank configured to contain a quantity of water; a pump configured to extract water from the tank and to pressurize the water; a connector in fluid communication with the tank and coupled to the tank so as to receive pressurized water produced by the tank and convey the pressurized water through the connector; and a plurality of lances configured to be interchangeably coupled to the connector to receive the pressurized water from the connector and to expel the water, wherein the plurality of lances includes a fog lance including a fog nozzle having an aperture that is sized from 0.35 mm to 0.45 mm, wherein the fog nozzle (a) includes a fog piston configured to cause rotational movement of water passing therethrough, (b) produces a flow rate of less than 0.17 liters per minute, and (c) produces an output that travels at least 1 meter.

AIR-COOLED HEAT EXCHANGER CLEANING AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL APPARATUS
20210123697 · 2021-04-29 ·

An apparatus for the maintenance and operation of an air-cooled heat exchanger (ACHE) includes a plurality of spray tubes provided with spaced-apart nozzles permanently positioned between the finned heat exchange tubes and longitudinally aligned within the region of the finned-tube pitch. The apparatus is operable in several modes, including cleaning where the flow of air is stopped and temperature-controlled pressurized water with an optional cleaning agent is discharged from the nozzles to dislodge dirt and debris from the finned surfaces while simultaneously cooling the hot process liquid. When extremes of ambient air temperatures preclude the forced air fans from achieving the target temperature range of the process liquid passing through the ACHE, refrigerated pressurized cooled water and compressed air in the form of a mist is discharged from the nozzles, or alternatively, pressurized heated air is discharged from the nozzles.
