A washing system for use with a shopping cart includes at least one cleaning solution dispensing unit within a housing that is configured to broadcast a solution, spray, fog, or light onto at least one surface of the shopping cart. The system is configured to cleanse the cart and optionally sanitize a surface of the cart from transferable diseases and illnesses. The system may include a pump, a solution of liquid, a light emitting UV light, a heater and so forth. The dispensing unit may be a pressure washer and a sanitizer. Optionally a dryer may be included to dry the shopping carts as they pass through the housing of the washing system.
SWITCHING APPARATUS FOR HIGH PRESSURE TOOLS AND CLEANING APPARATUS HAVING SUCH A SWITCHING APPARATUS
The invention relates to a switching apparatus for high pressure tools, comprising a holding device and two or more high pressure tools for cleaning purposes, a drive device, and a rotary body that is rotatable relative to the holding device about an axis of rotation by means of said drive device, an adjusting device with which one of the high pressure tools is selectively transferable from an inoperative position into an operating position, in which operating position the high pressure tool is coupled to the rotary body in a rotationally fixed manner and is rotationally drivable about a tool axis by way of said rotary body, wherein the switching apparatus comprises or forms a supply channel for pressurized cleaning liquid and the respective high pressure tool comprises or forms a tool channel for cleaning liquid, which is in flow connection or can be brought into flow connection with the supply channel during operation, wherein the switching apparatus further comprises a valve device with which the supply channel is selectively unblockable and closable, wherein the supply channel is formed in the rotary body at least in sections and the valve device is arranged on the rotary body.
High-Pressure Cleaning Device
A high-pressure cleaning device has a conveying pump and a conveying conduit with a spray opening. The conveying conduit conveys cleaning liquid, conveyed by the conveying pump, in a conveying direction from the conveying pump to the spray opening of the conveying conduit. A switch element is provided that has at least a first switched state and a second switched state. An actuator is provided that adjusts the switch element between the first switched state and the second switched state. The high-pressure cleaning device is provided such that the actuator adjusts the switch element between the first switched state and the second switched state by an adjusting force effected by the cleaning liquid on the actuator.
Pump assembly with electric starter
In an embodiment, a pump assembly may include a mounting structure and a pump mechanism and a starter motor coupled to the mounting structure. The pump mechanism may include an input shaft configured to be rotatably coupled with an output shaft of a prime mover engine. The starter motor may be coupled with the input shaft of the pump mechanism for rotatably driving the input shaft of the pump mechanism.
CLEANING METHOD AND CLEANING APPARATUS
Provided is a cleaning method of reducing the power consumption. The cleaning method including: generating a jet of a cleaning liquid from a nozzle; moving the nozzle so that the jet collides with a target portion of a workpiece; acquiring a current position of the nozzle; determining whether the current position is within a target region corresponding to the target portion; ejecting the jet having an ejection pressure of a first pressure when the current position is within the target region; and ejecting the jet having the ejection pressure lower than the first pressure when the current position is other than the target region.
SYSTEM AND METHOD TO CLEAN A RANGE EXHAUST
An example automatic cooking range cleaning system may include a nozzle coupled to a conduit and arranged to spray a first zone of a cooking range exhaust system, a pump configured to provide a cleaning solution to a supply line, and a control box connected to the pump via a supply line. The control box may include a controller and an electronically-controlled valve configured to selectively couple the supply line to the conduit. The controller may be configured to, in response to receipt of a start signal to initiate a cleaning operation, cause the cleaning solution comprising a mixture of detergent and water having a ratio based on a target mixing ratio to be provided to the supply line, and cause the electronically-controlled valve to open to facilitate provision of the cleaning solution to the nozzle via the conduit for a predetermined period of time.
Cleaning Unit
A cleaning unit for a window or a sensor in a motor vehicle includes a reservoir for a cleaning liquid, at least one cleaning nozzle provided in or on a cleaning nozzle unit, a fluid connection between the reservoir and the cleaning nozzle and at least one spray pump provided between the reservoir and the cleaning nozzle. The spray pump is formed by a piston-cylinder unit that has a cylinder axis and is provided in or on the cleaning nozzle unit. The cleaning unit is characterized in that the piston of the piston-cylinder unit is designed as an electromagnetically actuated piston, which can be actuated in a first direction under the action of an electromagnetic force directed along the cylinder axis, which first direction forms a compression direction.
Injector needle cleaning apparatus and method
The present disclosure is a food injection needle cleaning system and method. The food injection needle cleaning system comprises a cleaning fluid tank coupled to high-pressure pump configured to pump cleaning fluid through at least one inlet, a channel, and at least one outlet of a food injection needle to dislodge and remove debris as well as sanitize the needle. The present disclosure comprises a high-pressure chamber configured to secure the food injection needle and seal around the needle such that fluid enters the needle through an inlet of the high-pressure chamber and exits the needle through a waste line.
BATTERY ELECTRIC HIGH PRESSURE FLUID PUMP SYSTEM FOR INDUSTRIAL CLEANING OPERATIONS
A high-pressure fluid supply system and apparatus including a battery electric powered high pressure fluid pump that can be located in proximity to a piece of equipment such as a heat exchanger in an industrial plant in need of being cleaned wherein the system is modularized on a plurality of pallets capable of being transported in the industrial plant elevator to a location near the heat exchanger location.
Underwater cavitation jet cleaning system
An underwater cavitation jet cleaning system provided with an automatic metering feeder for cleaning solution organically integrates a cavitation jet technology with the improvement of cleaning solutions, which can not only increase bubbles can be during jet, but also is beneficial for removing hull dirt. An eddy segment of a nozzle is arranged as a spiral passage, and the eddy segment is gradually reduced from a water inlet to a water outlet, so that a speed of fluid becomes further faster. A volume of an in-pipe chamber of a barrel is different, and the fluid is pulsed while flowing through the barrel, so that the fluid is finally ejected from the nozzle of a cleaning gun, which efficiently improves the cavitation rate, and increases the generation of cavitation nucleus.
