WATERCRAFT CLEANING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The disclosure includes a watercraft cleaning system that includes a housing, a water input line, a pump and motor system, a high-pressure output line, and a heater. The cleaning system can be arranged and configured to be coupled to a dock post located adjacent a watercraft. The system can easily and conveniently allow watercraft personnel to clean the watercraft.
HOT WATER PRESSURE WASHER
A hot water pressure washer employs a high-pressure pump for generating a stream of high pressure fluid and a hydrodynamic heater operable for heating the fluid stream. The hydrodynamic heater includes an inlet port fluidly connectable to a fluid source and an outlet port fluidly connected to an inlet port of the high-pressure washer. An outlet port of the high-pressure washer is connectable to a handheld wand operable for discharging the fluid stream to atmosphere. A prime-mover provides rotational torque for driving the hydrodynamic heater and the high-pressure pump. An unloader valve is used to control distribution of the fluid stream discharged from the high-pressure pump. An exhaust gas recovery heat exchanger operates to transfer heat from the prime-mover exhaust gas to the fluid stream. A pre-heat tank is used to temporarily store a quantity of heated fluid for future use.
Electric cartridge style pressure washer heater module
An all-electric pressure washer heater module having a heating coil and a heating element is disclosed. A system for all-electric pressure washing is further disclosure. In particular, the all-electric pressure washer heater module contains the heating element from exposure to corrosion and fouling.
COMBINATION PARTS JET WASHER AND SINK WASHER WITH PARTS WASHER WITH MINIMUM GRIP SPROCKET DRIVE SYSTEM
A combination sink and jet parts washer utilizing a minimum grip sprocket driving a rotating parts basket, for cleaning mechanical parts of oil, grease and contaminants. The washer has a cabinet which has a jet cleaning section, including the rotating parts basket. The basket is driven by a minimum grip sprocket drive mechanism. A parts basket in the jet cleaning section receives the parts which are cleaned by a spray from a spray manifold. The manifold is connected to a fluid pump which has its inlet communicating with the reservoir. A sink is positioned on the top of the cabinet and opens to access the jet washer and reservoir. In the closed position, the sink covers the top of the cabinet and may be used as a sink washer using the attached brush. The jet parts washer utilizing a minimum grip sprocket provides convenience, economy and the features of a sink and jet washer in a single, compact, mobile unit where the parts basket tends to reliably turn in oily and dirty environments due to the minimum grip drive sprocket mechanism.
CLUTCH FOR HIGH-PRESSURE PUMP
An example cleaning system includes an engine, a high-pressure pump, and a clutch assembly. The clutch assembly selectively couples the engine to the high-pressure pump such that actuation of the electromagnetic clutch assembly controls a supply of power from the engine to the high-pressure pump. The system is controlled remotely.
Drone Washing
Disclosed is a method and apparatus for performing high volume washing, namely, using drones to perform cleaning services. A drone is navigated about a cleaning path; the cleaning path being either pre-defined or delineated in real-time. A cleaning solution is pumped to a solution distribution mechanism of the drone, wherein the cleaning solution is directed onto the surface to be cleaned. The solution is stored in a supply tank that may be integrated into the body of the drone or outfitted as a standalone structure. A temperature regulator is integrated with the supply tank in order to control a wash temperature of the cleaning solution. The solution distribution mechanism may be rotatable about 360 degrees. A camera array observes a spray area of the solution distribution mechanism, wherein a live feed is transmitted to a monitoring unit.
AUTOMATIC CAR WASHING DEVICE AND AUTOMATIC CAR WASHING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention provides an automatic car washing device and an automatic car washing method therefor. The automatic car washing device includes a guide rail device and a cleaning rack arranged on the guide rail device. The automatic car washing method includes: acquiring a car washing instruction, moving a cleaning rack to a corresponding cleaning position based on the car washing instruction, and opening a corresponding water sprayer and/or a corresponding car washing shampoo sprayer in sequence based on the car washing instruction, and keeping same operating for set cleaning duration, and keeping unopened water sprayers and/or car washing shampoo sprayers closed. The present invention solves a problem of a poor cleaning effect due to incapacity of a sprinkler of an existing automatic car washing device to produce enough spray pressure, improves diversity of car washing modes, and greatly reduces car washing costs.

A safety system and method for hydro jetting guns capable of monitoring and interrupting a hydro jetting operation depending on movements detected out of predefined operating limits. In particular, the system described herein can include a gun adaptation assembly interconnected to a pressure and power box, and comprising at least two inertial measurement sensors, a support with a gun microcontroller, and a double trigger mechanism. The pressure and power box is provided with a junction box and a solenoid valve. The system can further include a user monitoring wearable. If a deviation from pre-established standards is detected that suggests malfunction, excessive working hours, and/or discomfort of an operator, the system acts immediately to interrupt the hydro jetting operation and ensure the safety of those involved.
