Valve body and method of transforming a valve body into a functioning valve
10512950 · 2019-12-24 ·

A valve body with conduits on opposing sides having attachable pressure cover-plates and valve servicing assemblies that can be selectively installed onto the valve body while it is fully pressurized. The valve body includes simple isolators that allow access openings to be blocked and exposed that allow various style operating mechanisms and tools without the need for intermediate isolating mechanisms. Attachable subcomponents can provide pressurized fluid that is injected into the valve body from an external power source to move sand and debris away from seating surfaces while advancing and retracting various style gates.

RINSE NIPPLE

A rinse device has a housing part and a rinse head. The rinse head has a plurality of openings through which the pressurised fluid is ejected. The housing part includes an outer housing tube and an inner piston movable axially relative to the outer housing tube, and a sealed air-filled cavity defined therebetween, and a spring attached at a first end to the outer housing tube and at a second end to the piston, and wherein the rinse head is attached to the piston at the second end of the housing part, such that the spring is biased to hold the piston at a first axial position relative to the outer housing tube until a force exerted by the pressure of the fluid inside the housing part exceeds the sum of an axial force of the spring and the force from the pressure of the air in the air cavity.

Tube stripping device
10398812 · 2019-09-03 ·

A tube stripping device includes a main body and a pair of free rotating rollers. The main body has a first arm, a second arm, and a spring portion. The first arm and the second arm extend outwardly from the spring portion. The first arm and the second arm are manually movable relative to each other from a spaced apart default position to a stripping position. The spring portion normally biases the first arm and the second arm apart and to the default position. The first roller is rotatably disposed at a first free end of the first arm, and the second roller rotatably disposed on a second free end of the second arm. The first roller is oriented generally parallel with the second roller. The first roller has an uninterrupted outer circumferential surface, and the second roller has an outer circumferential surface with a groove formed therein.

A sterile tube connector for a fluid circuit system comprising a housing. A first opening is configured to receive a first length of tubing in communication with a first chamber. A second opening is configured for communicating with the first chamber when the tube connector is in an open configuration but not in a closed configuration. The second opening is configured to reversibly engage a third opening to form a second chamber. The third opening is configured for communicating with a second length of tubing. A first portion of the housing forming the first opening comprises a material at least partially permeable to a sterilization energy source for sterilizing contents of the second chamber.

DRAIN CLEANER CORD RETENTION SYSTEM

Electrical power supply cord retention systems are described. Also described are drain cleaning machines using such cord retention systems. In addition, methods of selectively retaining power cords in association with drain cleaning machines are described.

METHOD OF CLEANING EXHAUST PIPE
20190078198 · 2019-03-14 ·

There is provision of a method of cleaning an exhaust pipe of a film forming apparatus for removing a component adhering to the exhaust pipe which is generated from a source gas for forming film supplied from a gas supply part to a processing chamber of the film forming apparatus. The method includes a step of supplying a cleaning gas directly, from a cleaning gas supply part disposed near a joint between the processing chamber and the exhaust pipe, to the exhaust pipe without passing through the processing chamber, in order to remove the component by causing the component to vaporize upon reacting with the cleaning gas. The cleaning gas to be supplied is capable of causing the component adhering to the exhaust pipe to change into an evaporable substance by chemical reaction in an atmosphere inside the exhaust pipe.
