MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PERSONALIZED SOFTGEL CAPSULE
The disclosure provides a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method for personalized softgel capsules. The manufacturing device includes a first capsule forming unit, a second capsule forming unit, a pump spray body, a printing unit and a control unit. The first capsule forming unit and the second capsule forming unit are arranged symmetrically on left and right, and both of them include a casting drum, several feeding rollers and a pilling mold that are disposed in sequence from front to back, and also include a spreading box arranged above the casting drum. The pump spray body is disposed directly above the two pilling molds. The printing unit includes a printing nozzle, a left and right correction assembly and a front and rear correction assembly that are disposed on the first capsule forming unit in sequence from front to back. The control unit is connected to the printing unit.
TABLET PRINTING DEVICE
A tablet printing device includes a first conveying disk that conveys a tablet while sucking and supporting a side surface of the tablet and an inkjet head capable of applying print processing to the front and back surfaces of the tablet conveyed by the conveying disk. The tablet is conveyed while being supported by a second conveying disk at its front and back surfaces and subjected to inspection of the side surface by a side surface inspection device. The tablet is transferred from the second conveying disk to the first conveying disk at a tablet delivery part and then supported by a suction hole formed in an end surface of the first conveying disk with the front and back surfaces fully exposed. The front and back surfaces are subjected to print processing ead, followed by print inspection, and only a non-defective tablet is discharged through a non-defective tablet discharge part.
TABLET PRINTING APPARATUS
According to one embodiment, a tablet printing apparatus includes: a conveyor belt that includes a suction hole connected to a suction chamber, and conveys a tablet while sucking the tablet to the suction hole; an ink jet print head that has a nozzle surface where a nozzle is formed, and is located above the conveyor belt such that the nozzle surface faces the conveyor belt, and performs printing on the tablet conveyed by the conveyor belt; and a control plate that is located on the upstream side of the print head in the conveying direction of the tablet between the conveyor belt and the height position of the nozzle surface of the print head, and controls an airflow generated between the conveyor belt and the print head.
PHARMA-INFORMATICS SYSTEM
A system for administering prescription medications including a composition and a receiver. The composition may include an active agent, an identifier, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The active agent may include a controlled pharmaceutical. The identifier may include: a partial power source having a first material and a second material configured to generate a voltage in contact with a conductive fluid within a body of a patient, and a signal generation component configured to use at least a portion of the generated voltage to transmit a signal through the body of the patient. The receiver may be positioned near the body of the patient, wherein the receiver is configured to: receive the signal transmitted through the body of the patient, and automatically report the signal for at least one of identification of the controlled pharmaceutical or tracking physical administration of the controlled pharmaceutical to the body of the patient.
Tablet having a two-dimensional identifier
A solid dosage form for active ingredient release can be a preparation for medical, dental or cosmetic purposes, and is preferably a tablet. The solid dosage form comprises a three-dimensional base body which comprises an active ingredient. The solid dosage form further comprises a portion having a structure forming a two-dimensional identifier, such as, for instance, a QR code.
TABLET PRINTING APPARATUS AND TABLET PRINTING METHOD
A tablet printing apparatus first applies either ultraviolet rays or infrared rays to surfaces of tablets that are being conveyed. The ultraviolet or infrared rays are applied to at least a contour portion of a target area where a print image is to be formed. In the case of applying ultraviolet rays, the surface of the contour portion is roughened, and the angle of contact with ink is reduced. In the case of applying infrared rays, the contour portion is etched into a recessed shape. Thereafter, ink is ejected inside the contour portion. This configuration suppresses the spread of the ejected ink to the outside of the target area. As a result, the print image has a well-defined contour.
TABLET PRINTING APPARATUS AND TABLET PRINTING METHOD
[Problem to be Solved] To provide a tablet printing apparatus and a tablet printing method that can perform printing with high quality by ejecting ink droplets to a tablet with a various posture from a plurality of nozzles.
[Solution] A tablet printing apparatus includes: inclined posture detector (23, 100) that detects an inclined posture of a conveyed tablet with respect to a conveying surface; a printer including an inkjet head 21 equipped with a plurality of nozzles for ejecting an ink droplet, the printer performing printing on the conveyed tablet by ejecting ink to the conveyed tablet from the plurality of nozzles; and a controller 100 for adjusting preset printing data corresponding to an inclined posture of the tablet detected by the inclined posture detector such that predetermined printing is performed on the tablet, wherein the printer performs printing on the tablet based on printing data adjusted by the printing data adjuster.
TABLET PRINTING DEVICE AND TABLET PRINTING METHOD
According to one embodiment, a tablet printing device 1 includes: a conveyer 10 configured to convey a tablet T; a laser displacement meter 30 configured to emit laser beams to the tablet T conveyed by the conveyer 10 and receive the laser beams reflected by the tablet T; a determination unit 81 configured to determine whether there is a split line on the upper surface of the tablet T conveyed by the conveyer 10 based on an output value of the laser displacement meter 30; and a printing unit 50 configured to perform printing on the tablet T conveyed by the conveyer 10 based on a determination result obtained by the determination unit 81.
Tablet having dry-ink film on surface thereof, and ink for inkjet printer
The invention provides a tablet having a powdered or soft surface on which a dry-ink film of information for improving identifiability of the tablet is printed, and provides an ink for inkjet printers.
Tablet printing apparatus and tablet printing method
A first score line camera captures an image of one sides of a plurality of tablets being conveyed by a conveyor drum. During transfer from the conveyor drum to a first conveyor belt, all the tablets are turned upside down while their directional properties are maintained. A second score line camera captures an image of opposite side of the tablets being conveyed by the first conveyor belt. Based on image data about both the front sides and back sides of the tablets acquired by the first and second score line cameras, a first ink-jet head performs front-side printing process on a front side of a tablet to conform to a predetermined direction relative to a score line in this front side. The second ink-jet head performs back-side printing process on a back side of a tablet to conform to a direction on the back side same as the predetermined direction.
