FEEDING BOTTLE
A cup or container assembly having a lip activated input feature. The lip activated feature permits removal of the contents from the cup or container while mitigating against leaks and/or spills. The lid includes a movable member and a baffle. The cup assembly is constructed to have streamlined assembly method due to a reduced number of parts needing separation and/or improved connecting features. The improved geometry of lid components lends to heightened ease of cleaning.
BABY BOTTLE
A container assembly includes a container body, a container capable of being received within the container body, and a collar. The container body includes an upper end having a first compression surface. The container includes a first flange configured to engage the first compression surface. The collar is capable of being releasably secured to the container body. The collar includes a second compression surface. A dispensing portion includes a second flange configured to engage the second compression surface. When securing the collar to the container body, the first compression surface engages the first flange and the second compression surface engages the second flange to cause the first flange to sealingly engage the second flange.
Child feeding system
A child feeding system includes a spout pouch having a spout and a pouch formed integrally with the spout and configured to hold a liquid for feeding to a child, and a holder having a top and a body, the top having an opening configured to laterally receive and removably secure the spout to the holder when the spout is pushed transversely into the opening, the opening partially surrounding the spout, and the body having an interior area configured to receive at least a portion of the pouch. Other systems, methods, and components are also provided.
DOUBLE-LAYER GLASS FEEDING BOTTLE WITH INTEGRALLY-FORMED BOTTOM
A double-layer glass feeding bottle includes a bottle body, a first cap, a second cap, and a nipple. The first cap is threaded to an upper portion of a side wall of the bottle body. The nipple is fixedly connected to an inner side wall of the first cap. The second cap is provided at a top of the first cap. The bottle body includes an inner liner and an outer shell. The inner liner is provided inside the outer shell. A bottom of the outer shell is integrally formed with a bottom of the bottle body. A through hole is provided at the bottom of the outer shell. A one-way valve is provided inside the through hole.
Bottle Feeding Device
A bottle feeding device, including a bottom piece of a bottle body having a first perimeter wall and a top piece of a bottle body having a second perimeter wall. The top piece is pivotally affixed to the bottom piece and is rotatable with respect to the bottom piece about an axis extending generally orthogonally through the first perimeter wall and the second perimeter wall. A pair of detent features is provided to restrain the bottom piece and the top piece into either a first relative rotational position or a second relative rotational position. A nipple is operatively affixed to the top piece of the bottle by a nipple ring threaded onto the top piece of the bottle. A method of feeding an infant and of manufacturing the bottle are also provided.
Breastmilk handling apparatus particularly useful for warming of breastmilk containers such as bottles and syringes
The present invention relates to an infant feeding warming system useful to repeatedly and precisely warm breastmilk or formula for use in the NICU. The system in one form comprises a bedside unit that is attachable to an IV pole. The system may also comprise a centralized warming station with multiple chambers, wherein one chamber heats a bottle or syringe, and the remaining chambers are used for storage and/or refrigeration. The system will use a non-liquid heating system to heat feedings. A disposable liner may be used inside the chamber. The system may also contain heating algorithms that are based on a user inputting milk parameters such as volume and initial temperature.
A pair of detent feature is provided to restrain the bottom piece and the top piece into either a first relative rotational position or a second relative rotational position. A nipple is operatively affixed to the top piece of the bottle by a nipple ring threaded onto the top piece of the bottle. A method of feeding an infant and of manufacturing the bottle are also provided.
DRINKING/FEEDING CONTAINER WITH A HEATING DEVICE TO HEAT A FLOW OF FLUID
A drinking/feeding container and method for delivering fluid to a user at a drinking/feeding temperature which is higher than a storage temperature of the fluid. The container includes a fluid storage compartment, a lid and a heating device. The heating device is positioned between the fluid storage compartment and the lid. The heating device has an inlet which accepts the fluid from the fluid storage compartment, an outlet which dispenses the fluid to the lid and a passageway which extends between the inlet and the outlet. A Peltier device is provided between the inlet and the outlet and cooperates with the passageway to heat the fluid as the fluid moves from the inlet to the outlet. A power source supplies power to the heating device. A pulsing member pulses the power to the heating device whereby the pulsing of the power prevents the heating element from overheating.
A DISPENSER
A kit of parts for a feeder has a body and a bung that can slide within the body. A periphery of the bung can form a sliding seal between that periphery and the internal side walls of the body. A base cap has an aperture and is mountable at a lower end of the body to substantially occlude that end and allow airflow through the aperture into the body as the bung moves away. The kit has a teat mouthpiece for liquid foods, a sipper mouthpiece for pureed food, and a spout mouthpiece for mashed food and a pump attachment. The pump attachment has a pump and a spoon. The pump has a pump bung which moves reciprocatingly within the body and forms a sliding seal with the internal side walls. A valve allows food to flow from the feeder but prevents the flow of food into the feeder.
Systems and methods for bottle apparatuses, container assemblies, and dispensing apparatuses
Bottle apparatuses, storage containers used in bottle apparatuses, beverage dispensing apparatuses, and methods of making and using the same are disclosed. A bottle apparatus can include a neck portion; a bottle portion having an upper end and a lower end, the bottle portion defining an internal volume, and the neck portion attached to the upper end of the bottle portion; a base portion attached to the lower end of the bottle portion; a dispense assembly attached to the neck portion, and the dispense assembly providing for outflow of consumable liquid from the bottle portion; and a flow meter assembly disposed within the base portion, and the flow meter assembly monitoring an amount of the consumable liquid that flows out of the dispense assembly.
