Fully eversible beverage receptacle

A receptacle has at least one elastomeric sidewall with a contoured non-linear shape defining a container with a predetermined volume for housing a substance to be contained. The at least one sidewall includes a substance-contacting surface. The receptacle is fully reversibly eversible to transform between a first stable conformation with the substance-contacting surface facing inward and a second stable conformation with the substance-contacting surface facing outward allowing for facile cleaning and drying of the substance-contacting surface. The at least one elastomeric sidewall possesses sufficient structural strength to stand upright in the first and second stable conformations without extraneous support. The receptacle can include a cap and an attachment joint for securing the cap to the elastomeric receptacle.

The heating is typically achieved using an electrically-powered heating jacket, or cooling is achieved using a removable cooling packet which may be placed within the impact-resistant portable container protector. Heat transfer from the heating jacket or cooling packet may be improved by use of an agitator which may be present within the container. The agitator may be turned by a magnetic coupling. Power to operate the heating jacket and the agitator, when present, is supplied by a battery which is internal to the portable container protector. Additional power may be supplied to the battery using an external power feed such as a USB type connection or other connection of the kind typically present in an automobile or other motor vehicle.

Pressing the button twice at any time deactivates the timer. The endcap is easily removed for the purpose of placing the bottle in a dishwasher for cleaning.

A feeding bottle includes a bottle enclosure defining a hollow bottle chamber, wherein the enclosure defines a feeding outlet at a first end and an attachment structure 26 at a second end. A bottom housing defines an instrument compartment extending between a closed exterior portion of the bottom housing and a separation surface within the bottom housing, wherein the bottom housing is configured for detachable connection to the attachment structure 26 of the bottle enclosure. A relief valve is positioned within the separation surface of the bottom housing. A pressure sensor is positioned adjacent the separation surface of the bottom housing and connected by a passageway to the instrument compartment in the bottom housing, wherein the pressure sensor is configured to detect changes of pressure in the bottle enclosure.
