The invention relates to a bending press (1) and/or feeding device (2) for feeding a bending press (1) with bending tools (5, 6), comprising: at least one tool holder (3, 4; 13, 14) with a rail (7) comprising an inner profile (8) for receiving and displacing a bending tool (5, 6); and at least one transfer device (15) which can be driven by a drive (21) for displacing a bending tool (5, 6) inside the tool holder (3, 4; 13, 14) and/or between the tool holder (13, 14) of the feeding device (2) and a tool holder (3, 4) of a bending press (1), and the transfer device (15) comprises a releasable coupling (18) for connecting a bending tool (5, 6), said transfer device (15) being guided in the rail (7) of the tool holder (3, 4; 13, 14) and the active area of the coupling (18) is arranged at least partially inside the rail (7).

A method for manufacturing a product includes placing a processing target material on a die, bringing a first punch into contact with the processing target material placed on the die, and bending the processing target material by pressing the processing target material by the first punch. The bringing the first punch into contact with the processing target material placed on the die includes bringing two pressing portions of the first punch into contact with two first groove portions of the processing target material and bringing a recess portion of the first punch into contact with a projection portion of the processing target material.
PRESS BRAKE AND METHOD OF OPERATING PRESS BRAKE
There is provided a press brake that can improve forming accuracy in partial bending. A press brake includes: a conveying mechanism that intermittently conveys a workpiece; a die including a pair of shoulder portions and a groove portion located between the pair of shoulder portions, the pair of shoulder portions being arranged away from each other in a conveying direction of the workpiece and supporting a rear surface of the workpiece; a backup plate that extends on the pair of shoulder portions, covers the groove portion, and is interposed between the die and the workpiece; and a punch that moves relative to the die so as to approach the die each time the conveying mechanism stops conveying the workpiece and presses the workpiece so as to bend the workpiece within an elastic deformation region of the backup plate.
PRESS BRAKE SHEET FOLLOWER
A press brake assembly with a sheet follower with an actuation assembly that allows the sheet follower to follow a downwards bending workpiece. The sheet follow is adjacent to the press brake and is capable of following the workpiece throughout different bends without changing the position of the workpiece. The sheet follower includes a table and rotatable arms attached to the table. The actuation assembly of the sheet follower includes two blocks that is configured to move the rotatable arms that allow the table to follow the bending of the workpiece.
Tool for curving structural framing components
A system for shaping a workpiece, which may be in the form of a structural framing component, includes a tool with first and second indenting blades for indenting the workpiece as driven by a blade control apparatus. The workpiece is supported at the tool by one or more workpiece support modules that are each selectively and removably securable to the tool. A base plate is provided at the tool for removably securing the workpiece support modules to the tool without having to detach the tool from a platform of substructure. The workpiece support modules may therefore be quickly replaced to coordinate with workpieces of various size and shape.

A bending method is a method for bending a workpiece by a bending system including a bending machine equipped with tools including a punch and a die provided so as to be relatively movable, a manipulator configured to position the workpiece with respect to the tools, and a control device configured to control the bending machine and the manipulator to perform bending, the method including resetting, during an automatic operation of the bending of the workpiece by the bending machine, a pushing amount of the punch with respect to the die or an original position of the punch for each predetermined trigger condition.

The invention relates to a positionable robotic cell for placement at a bending machine. The robotic cell comprises a frame for receiving the robot and a receiving device for a workpiece as well as a positioning device for repositioning the robotic cell. Moreover, a first sensor device is provided for recognizing the position of the robotic cell relative to the manufacturing device. The invention furthermore relates to a production facility with a bending machine and with such a robotic cell as well as a method for operating such a robotic cell at a bending machine.
BENDING DEVICE
A bending tool includes movable dies having a bending line of a punch and a workpiece therebetween. A support member supports the movable dies in a manner rotatable into directions opposite to each other in accordance with bending of the workpiece by the punch. A body supports the support member in a manner reciprocatable in a movement direction of the punch in accordance with bending of the workpiece by the punch. The movable dies have respective reception faces for the workpiece, respective bending side end portions, and respective convex circular faces. The support member has respective concave circular faces which slidably fit respectively with the convex circular faces. The bending side end portions engage with each other in accordance with bending of the workpiece by the punch. A sliding portion moves in a pressing direction of the punch relative to the body in accordance with bending of the workpiece.
MULTISTAGE PLUNGER PRESS SYSTEMS AND METHODS WITH INTERLOCKING FINGERS FOR FORMING BATTERY CELL TABS
Presented are metalworking systems for forming metallic workpieces, methods for making such workpieces and methods for operating such systems, and battery cell tabs bent by a multistage plunger press. A metalworking system includes a plunger fixture that mounts adjacent metallic workpieces, and a plunger head movably mounted to the plunger fixture to move between activated and deactivated positions. A first row of plunger fingers is mounted to the plunger head and moves in one direction to press against and bend one metallic workpiece a predefined bend angle. Likewise, a second row of plunger fingers is mounted to the plunger head and moves in an opposite direction to press against and bend another metallic workpiece another predefined bend angle. The plunger head then moves to the activated position, in tandem with the plunger fingers bending the metallic workpieces, to cause the plunger fingers to bend the workpieces additional respective bend angles.
