The duct flange profile is directed to small part duct fittings with section widths up to about 16 inches in 20 to 26 gauge metal. The apparatus includes a bending head assembly having a drive roller, a pressure roller, an anvil and a bending leaf and a roll form assembly.
BENDING DEVICE FOR BENDING A WORKPIECE AS WELL AS METHOD FOR OPERATING SUCH A BENDING DEVICE
A folding device for bending a workpiece made of flat material. The folding device includes a machine frame having a flat mounting surface, at which a clamping cheek is arranged, which can be moved relative to the mounting surface. The clamping cheek clamps a workpiece which is positioned on the mounting surface at a specified or specifiable mounting position, to the machine frame. A bending means, of at least one bending tool can be moved relative to the mounting surface so that the clamped workpiece can be bent around a certain bending angle, is furthermore arranged at the folding device. A machine controller is coupled to a cutting tool drive of a cutting tool for cutting the workpiece and which for performing a cutting process for severing a workpiece which is smaller than a distance between the start position and the end position with respect to the bending axis.
WORKPIECE MANIPULATION DEVICE FOR A SWIVEL BENDING MACHINE
A workpiece manipulation device for a swivel bending machine includes a base rack; a manipulation device carrier arranged on the base rack so as to be displaceable by a manipulation device carrier guide in a Y-axis relative to the base rack; a manipulation arm arranged on the manipulation device carrier so as to be displaceable by a manipulation arm guide in a Z-axis relative to the manipulation device carrier; a first rotary punch arranged on the manipulation arm, and a second rotary punch arranged on the manipulation device carrier. The manipulation device carrier is configured in an L-shape and has a first limb, which extends along a Y-axis, and a second limb, which extends along the Z-axis. The manipulation arm guide is formed on the second limb, and a distance between the manipulation arm guide and the rotational axis of the first rotary punch is greater than 1000 mm.
Bending machine
The bending machine (100) has an upper beam (211) and a lower beam (212), each of the beams (211, 212) having a clamping element extending therefrom adapted for clamping an elongated flat sheet metal workpiece (218) with a portion extending from the machine in cantilever fashion. Bending tool carriers (221, 222) having a bending tool (223, 224) extending therefrom are movable relative to the beams so that the bending tool (223, 224) can extend and pivot to form an elongated bend in the workpiece (218). A plurality of wedges (251, 252) are selectively extendable between the beams (211, 212) and the carriers (221, 222) to provide uniform depth of the bend in the workpiece (218) along the length of the bend, the depth of extension being adjustable with ball screws (261, 262) attached to synchro or servomotors (265, 266).

An integrated molding device suitable for the bending and hemming of a flat sheet, comprising a stand, a worktable, a slider, and a turning beam. The stand comprises a frame structure composed of an upper cross beam, a lower cross beam, and columns on both sides, two ends of the slider are connected to the columns on both sides by means of a pair of sliding pairs A respectively, and the clutching of a bending die is achieved by means of the linear movement of the sliding pairs A; the worktable is fixed on the lower cross beam, and the clutching of a pressing die is achieved by means of the linear movement of the sliding pairs A; two ends of a swing frame are connected to the columns on both sides by means of one connecting block respectively, the connecting block and the columns are connected therebetween by means of a pair of rotating pairs B, and the connecting block and the swing frame are connected therebetween by means of a pair of sliding pairs C. The present device may achieve the bending or pressing of a flat sheet according to differences in the amount of up and down movements of the slider; and on the basis of the pressing of the flat sheet, the hemming of the flat sheet may be achieved in cooperation with the swinging of a swing beam.

A processing machine for flat material parts includes a machine frame, a lower beam, an upper beam, at least one processing tool, and a control unit and an infeed table on which the flat material part to be processed can be placed for positioning in the processing machine. A support loading unit with a plurality of suction cups is provided for the positioning of the flat material part on the infeed table. The infeed table can be moved from a parking position in an extension direction to a loading and unloading position and back again. The support unit is mounted on the movement axis assigned to the processing tool or tools for a pivoting movement into the same direction.

Bending Machine and Method for Bending a Workpiece Out of a Flat Material
The invention relates to a bending machine (10) for bending a workpiece (12) out of a flat material, such as a sheet for example. A section (14) to be bent may be reshaped relative to a clamped section (16) of the workpiece (12) about at least one bending axis (18), wherein the bending machine (10) comprises: a machine frame (20); a first side clamping wall (22); a second side clamping wall (24) which can be moved relative to the first side clamping wall (22); and at least one bending unit (26, 28) comprising at least one bending tool (30). The first side clamping wall (22) and the second side clamping wall (24) are designed to clamp the workpiece (12) on a clamping plane (32). Furthermore, the bending unit (26, 28) is arranged on at least one of the first and second side clamping walls (22, 24) and is designed to bend the workpiece (12) section (14) to be bent relative to the clamped workpiece (12) section (16) about the at least one bending axis (18). According to the invention, the bending unit (26) has at least one linear guide (34-46), by means of which the bending tool (30) is linearly guided in order to be moved on an advancement plane (48).
FOLDING PLIERS
Folding pliers for bending sheet metal includes a first clamping area and a second clamping area. Clamping areas are connected for rotation about a first axis. A first handle piece, which is connected to the first clamping area, and a second handle piece is pivotably connected to the first handle piece. The second handle piece is connected to the second clamping area and is rotatable about a second rotation axis, so when the first handle piece is pivoted relative to the second handle piece from a transport position, the first clamping area is moved relative to the second clamping area to clamp a piece of sheet metal between the clamping areas. After this, another pivot movement of the first handle piece relative to the second handle piece causes rotational movement of the first clamping area and second clamping area about the second rotation axis to bend the clamped sheet metal.
