The bending group (4) comprises a first bending member (30) and a second bending member (40), distinct from the first bending member (30), both suitable for carrying out at least a bending of at least a portion of the sheet of sheet metal, at least one of the first bending member (30) and second bending member (40) being mobile with respect to the other.
Tool and method for processing plate-shaped workpieces, in particular metal sheets
A tool and method for processing plate-shaped workpieces, such as metal sheets. An upper tool and a lower tool are moved toward one another with a workpiece arranged in between. The upper tool carries a processing tool on a main body opposite a clamping shank. The lower tool has a main body and bearing surface for the workpiece with an opening in the bearing surface. The processing tool of the upper tool has a bending edge and the main body of the lower tool has a counterpart bending edge which is positioned in the opening of the bearing surface. The bearing surface being displaceable relative to the counterpart bending edge such that the counterpart bending edge projects from the opening in the bearing surface.
SHEET METAL BENDING MACHINE AND SHEET METAL BENDING METHOD
A sheet metal bending machine includes a sheet metal presser defining a first support surface supporting a first sheet metal portion, a bending punch movable with respect to the first support surface between a passive position, in which it is raised with respect to the first support surface, and an active position, in which it is pressed against the first support surface to lock the first sheet metal portion on the sheet metal presser with a punch edge, and a bending die defining a second support surface. The presser and the die are movable with respect to one another substantially in parallel with a direction transverse to the first and second bending edges to switch from the partial to a complete sheet metal bending configuration, in which the distance is reduced to press partially curved section towards said punch edge, thereby deforming it further and increasing the curvature of sheet.
BENDING MACHINE
A bending machine including a rack, the rack is provided with a feeding mechanism, one side of the feeding mechanism is provided with a pressing mechanism capable of pressing a workpiece firmly, and one side of the pressing mechanism is provided with a bending mechanism capable of bending the workpiece inside the bending mechanism. The bending machine is simple in structure, high in production and capable of reducing labor cost.
Bending Machine and Method for Bending a Workpiece Out of a Flat Material
The invention relates to a bending machine (10) for bending a workpiece (12) out of a flat material, such as a sheet for example. A section (14) to be bent may be reshaped relative to a clamped section (16) of the workpiece (12) about at least one bending axis (18), wherein the bending machine (10) comprises: a machine frame (20); a first side clamping wall (22); a second side clamping wall (24) which can be moved relative to the first side clamping wall (22); and at least one bending unit (26, 28) comprising at least one bending tool (30).
