Tree support with articulating leg
A tree support block that is easy to install and remove, for temporarily supporting a tree and does not impart damage to the tree. A plurality of one-piece molded support blocks which are designed to be strapped to the trunk of a tree encircling the trunk. A pivotal leg adapter allows for angularly adjustable positioning of each support leg thereby maximizing support configurations. Support stress is transferred from the adapter to the support base such that the entire support force is not borne concentrated at the pivot connection.
ANCHOR SYSTEM
An anchor system (10) comprises an anchor (16) and a tendon arrangement (18). The anchor (16) has an attaching formation (22) to attach the tendon arrangement (18) to the anchor (16). The tendon arrangement (18) extends from the attaching formation (22) as first and second passes (28, 30) of the tendon arrangement (18). The tendon arrangement (18) has opposite first and second end portions (24A, 26A). The system further includes a joining arrangement (32, 34) to join the first and second end portions (24A, 26A) to each other. The tendon arrangement (18) comprises a looped region (36) through which a securing article (38) can extend. The tendon arrangement (18) extends from the attaching formation (22) to the looped region (36).
Arbor stake stabilization member
In one embodiment of an arbor stake stabilization member, a body includes an annular ring of a biodegradable material having an axial passageway therethrough. A locking member is coupled to the annular ring and extends radially inward into the axial passageway. A plate of a biodegradable material extends circumferentially outwardly from the annular ring. The perforated plate includes multiple openings. In use, the arbor stake stabilization member may be placed underground and on or above a rootball of a tree. The locking member is sized to accept an arbor stake therethrough in an interference fit. The arbor stake may extend from the top of the rootball through the rootball and into the undisturbed soil at a point below the rootball. Over time, the arbor stake stabilization member biodegrades.

Support device for a carrying wire of a row of plants on a support pole
A support device, or hook, for removably securing movable wires on a row of plants, such as for example a vineyard or an orchard, on a support pole. In particular, the support device is made up of an elastically deformable filiform body, shaped in such a manner as to have at least engagement elements adapted to elastically cooperate with an opening provided on the support pole to removably secure the support device on the support pole, and support elements, adapted to elastically cooperate with the external surface of the support pole to removably receive the wire, wherein the engagement elements and the support elements are formed by portions of the filiform body lying on planes essentially orthogonal to each other.

Vineyard fruit protection apparatus and process
A removable netting system includes a netting tunnel adapted to be placed surrounding the fruit along a row of multiple vines without touching the fruit, thus protecting vine fruit from destruction by birds. The netting tunnel includes a pair of nets joined along top and bottom edges and rings which maintain the netting tunnel along the row of multiple vines.

Multi-tiered plant growing aid and methods of use thereof
A multi-tiered plant growing aid includes a first frame and a plurality of base legs attached to the first frame such that the first frame is supported by and spaced apart from a base surface. A second frame is included, and a plurality of support legs are positioned between the first frame and the second frame such that the second frame is positioned parallel and spaced apart from the first frame. A first mesh panel is attached to the first frame and a second mesh panel is attached to the second frame such that the second mesh panel is positioned generally parallel to and spaced apart from the first mesh panel. The second frame has an outer dimension greater than an outer dimension of the first frame such that a plurality of cascading growing shelves is provided.
