20190122586 · 2019-04-25 ·

A baby bottle-adaptable reusable label provides a wide, resilient sleeve that snugly encapsulates a portion of a baby bottle to help identify the contents and provide information and instructions associated with the contents of the baby bottle. The sleeve has a length greater than the circumference. The sleeve is fabricated from a resilient fabric material that snugly encapsulates variously sized and dimensioned baby bottles. The sleeve includes an inner wall for engaging a bottle outer surface, an outer wall that is visible while affixed to the baby bottle. The outer wall is also configured to enable marking and erasing of a removable identifying indicia. This indicia is a characteristic relating to the contents of the baby bottle. The sleeve has a pair of peripheral edges running parallel and forming notches. The notch enables facilitated manipulation and gripping of the bottle during labeling and while a baby drinks from the bottle.

BABY BOTTLE

A container assembly includes a container body, a container capable of being received within the container body, and a collar. The container body includes an upper end having a first compression surface. The container includes a first flange configured to engage the first compression surface. The collar is capable of being releasably secured to the container body. The collar includes a second compression surface. A dispensing portion includes a second flange configured to engage the second compression surface. When securing the collar to the container body, the first compression surface engages the first flange and the second compression surface engages the second flange to cause the first flange to sealingly engage the second flange.

System for aseptic collection and enteral delivery

A container for collecting, storing and dispensing fluid, as in enteral feeding and/or medication deliver to neonatal infants. The container includes a hollow tube with a body, a first end, a second end, and an outer diameter. The hollow tube is configured to receive a movable plunger that advances and retracts therein to define a variable contained volume. The container also includes a sealing head assembly removably mounted at an end of the hollow tube. The sealing head assembly has a diameter or outside dimension that is substantially similar or identical to a corresponding outside diameter or dimension of the hollow tube, so that the container lies flat within the receiver of an enteral feeding pump.

A feeding assembly includes a container having an open top and defining a liquid chamber therein for holding a liquid. A collar assembly defines a closure for the open top of the container upon assembly with the container. A vent assembly is positionable at least in part on the open top of the container and is configured to facilitate venting of the container to atmosphere as liquid exits the feeding assembly during feeding. The vent assembly being disposed intermediate the container and the nipple, has at least one opening through which liquid is able to flow from the container to the nipple during feeding. The vent assembly has a siphon member extending longitudinally of the feeding assembly and generally away from the nipple and is configured to facilitate the flow of liquid from the nipple back into the container when feeding is ceased and the container is oriented generally upright.

A flexible sealing lid and connector device for a drink container includes a container attachment band for wrapping around and attaching to the drink container. A resiliently flexible lid component is interconnected by a flexible connector element to the container attachment band. The lid component includes a neck portion for resiliently expanding to receive and sealably grip a periphery of the drink container such that the lid component covers a liquid dispensing opening of the drink container.

Closure and feeding bottle incorporating it

Closures are provided consisting of a lid or cap member and a container member. These are inter-engageable with one another. The lid or cap member has a skirt and the container member has an upstanding rim, each of which is of generally polygonal (preferably square) shape. Located on each of the facing walls on each side of the polygonal shape are inter-engageable projections. The inter-engaging surfaces of the projections run substantially in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the polygonal shape and are of relatively small angular extent about that axis. The material of one or both of the skirt and container portion is resiliently elastic. The closure may be assembled with an axial push, and removed by twisting.
