Panel hemming device and a method of hemming using the same
A panel hemming device includes: a fixing die on which a panel is placed and having a supporting surface stepped upward to be parallel with an end of the panel; a hemming shaft having a first side coupled to a tool and having a second side to which a hemming roller, which contacts a top of the supporting surface when fixed to the fixing die, is coupled; a rotary shaft having a first side coupled to the first side of the hemming shaft to receive torque and having a second side, which contacts a bottom of the fixing die when fixed to the fixing die; and a case supporting an outer surface of the hemming shaft disposed through the case and coupled to a first end of the rotary shaft such that the rotary shaft can rotate upward or downward with respect to the first end.

A tool for roll-forming a noncircular lip of a component includes a central shaft, first and second axles, and first and second rollers. The central shaft has a longitudinal axis. The central shaft is adapted to rotate about the longitudinal axis. The axles extend from and are fixed to the central shaft. The axles have respective first and second lateral axes that extend substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The rollers are rotatably coupled to respective axles, adapted to rotate about the respective lateral axes, radially spaced with respect to the longitudinal axis, and circumferentially spaced with respect to each other. The first and second rollers are adapted to concurrently operably engage the noncircular lip, and deform the noncircular lip.

This disclosure provides a tube shaping tool for a torque mechanism to modify a tube end. The tube shaping tool can include a cup and an internal assembly. The internal tube assembly can include a stem and an internal body. The stem can be received by the torque mechanism and transmit torque generated from the torque mechanism to the components of the tube shaping tool. The tube shaping tool can roll form the outside diameter of the tube end using standard bearings and a flange bearing attached to the internal body. The flange bearing can also include a flange that can provide facing of the tube end.

The joining flange on the first vehicle body component has a turned-over rim and is thereby formed with a doubled sheet metal thickness.
Hand held flaring tool
A hand held flaring tool for flaring an end of a tube includes a body portion and a handle portion. The body portion receives the tube therein and includes a locking actuator operable to actuate a locking mechanism to secure the tube in the body portion. The body portion includes a flaring actuator operable to actuate a flaring mechanism to flare the end of the tube when the tube is secured in the body portion. The handle portion includes a grip portion that is grasped by a user's hand for supporting the body portion of the flaring tool during a flaring process of the tube. While the user is holding the handle portion to support the hand held flaring tool, the user is able to access and actuate first and second user inputs disposed at and accessible at the handle portion to actuate the locking actuator and flaring actuator.

A hand held flaring tool for flaring an end of a tube includes a body portion and a handle portion. The body portion receives the tube therein and includes a locking actuator operable to actuate a locking mechanism to secure the tube in the body portion. The body portion includes a flaring actuator operable to actuate a flaring mechanism to flare the end of the tube when the tube is secured in the body portion. The handle portion includes a grip portion that is grasped by a user's hand for supporting the body portion of the flaring tool during a flaring process of the tube. Roller assembly
A roller assembly includes a workbench, a roller module located above the workbench, and a locking assembly coupled to the roller module and configured to position the roller module above the workbench. The roller module includes a driving device and a pressure roller. The driving device is coupled to the pressure roller through a crank assembly. The crank assembly drives the pressure roller to move along a track to roll on a work-piece positioned on the workbench.
