APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ELONGATED PROFILED PART
An apparatus and a method for producing an elongated profiled part, in which a profiled strip is produced from a flat strip by rolling and the profiled strip is embossed in sections, by means of which at least one longitudinal section of the profiled strip is offset relative to at least one other longitudinal section in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the profiled strip, and with which method the strip is trimmed in such a way that, after the embossing, the longitudinal sections that are offset relative to each other have different cross-sections. In order to increase the reproducibility of the method, before the profiling, the flat strip is trimmed in such a way that by means of the embossing of the trimmed and profiled strip, the longitudinal sections that are offset relative to each other have different cross-sections.
PRESS FORMING TOOL AND PRESS FORMING METHOD
A press forming tool is configured to form a press forming part including: a top portion having a convex and concave outer edge part; and a flange portion. The press forming tool includes: an upper die and a lower die; and a lower pad and an upper pad, which sandwich a blank in cooperation with the upper die and the lower die, in which, during an initial stage of forming, the flange portion is formed on the convex outer edge part, and a torsional shape portion having a torsional shape toward the concave outer edge part is formed continuously from the flange portion, and during a late stage of forming, the torsional shape portion is formed into the flange portion, and the flange portion is formed in the concave outer edge part so as to achieve formation of a target shape.

HOLLOW SHELL PART MANUFACTURING METHOD
Disclosed is a manufacturing method that can suppress the occurrence of wrinkles and buckling deformation due to bending when bending and cross-sectioning are performed on a tube using a press die. The manufacturing method of the present disclosure includes applying pressure to a bent tube having a curved portion from the outside of the tube to the inside of the tube using a press die, thereby simultaneously performing cross-sectioning of the curved portion and bending of the curved portion to reduce the bend radius of the curved portion.

Press forming method
A press forming method presses and forms a formed part including: a top portion having a projecting outer edge, a part of the projecting outer edge projecting outward; and a flange portion that formed by bending along the projecting outer edge of the top portion. The press forming method includes: a first forming step of forming, at a region of a blank material in which the flange portion is to be formed, a preformed part including a vertical wall portion to be a part of the flange portion and a trough portion that is bent outward from the vertical wall portion and recessed on a side of the top portion; and a second forming step of forming the flange portion by bending a region including the trough portion of the preformed part formed in the first forming step.

Apparatus and Method for Deep Drawing of Large-sized Thin-wall Curved Surface Parts with Servo Reverse Bulging
Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for deep drawing of large-sized thin-wall curved surface parts with servo reverse bulging, which pertain to the technical field of drawing of a thin-wall curved surface part. The apparatus includes a forming die, a jacking unit, and a power unit, wherein the forming die includes an upper die, a lower die, and a blank holder. The upper die and the blank holder are connected to a press machine, the blank holder is disposed above the lower die, and a blank to be drawn is placed between the lower die and the blank holder; the jacking unit is disposed inside the lower die and adapted to move along a moving direction of the upper die, enabling the blank to be drawn to deform by with reverse bulging. The method can inhibit defects of wrinkling and cracking in drawing processes effectively.
