METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF A SUPPORTING MEMBER AND A LADDER FRAME OR BOX FRAME
The present invention concerns a method for production of a supporting member with an at least partially closed cross-section, having at least a first metal shell and a second metal shell which are connected together at least in portions in the longitudinal direction. The method includes a provision of at least a first and a second metal blank. At least a first and a second metal shell are produced from the respective first and second metal blanks. The first and second metal shells each have at least one floor with two protruding uprights spaced apart from each other and integrally connected to the floor. The first and second metal shells are positioned such that the uprights of the metal shells come into overlapping contact.

STRETCHER WITH REMOVABLE PRESSURE BLOCK
A stretcher has two head housings, and a removable pressure block/clamp assembly which is located in the housings and positioned via hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinders raise the pressure block assembly, and the gripper hydraulic cylinders lower the pressure block assembly onto a removal fixture which moves into and out of the head housing.

Steel barrel rotation assembly
A steel barrel rotation assembly for rotating a steel barrel for manufacturing a steelpan drum includes a base that is positionable on a horizontal support surface, a plurality of legs extending upwardly from the base and a mounting disk attached to the plurality of legs. A rotation disk is rotatably disposed on the mounting disk and a steel barrel can be positioned on the rotation disk. A drive unit is coupled to the mounting disk and the drive unit mechanically engages the rotation disk. The drive unit rotates the rotation disk when the drive unit is turned on to rotate the steel barrel. A plurality of holders is each of the holders is slidably disposed on the rotation disk. Each of the holders extends upwardly from the rotation disk to engage the steel barrel for securing the steel barrel on the rotation disk.

System and Method for Sheet Forming Multiple Parts Using a Common Addendum
A method for forming a blank of sheet material includes a step of forming a target shape from the blank. The target shape includes a plurality of component structures connected via a common addendum. Each one of the plurality of component structures has a component-shape and a component-boundary. The common addendum extends between the component-boundary of each one of plurality of component structures and connects the component-boundary of each one of the plurality of component structures with a perimeter of the blank. The method minimizes a projected area of the common addendum via adjustment of a position and/or orientation of each of the component structures, thereby reducing a total amount of sheet material required to form the component structures.
MANUFACTURE OF A HOLLOW AEROFOIL
A method of manufacturing a hollow aerofoil component 100 for a gas turbine engine 10 comprises joining a first panel 200 to a second panel 300 using bonding, and hot forming the panels into shape. The bonding step and the hot forming step are performed in the same rig, thereby optimizing process time and component quality.
Chamber for electrohydraulic forming
An electrohydraulic forming chamber to form a workpiece. The chamber includes a discharge frame that has an inner wall which delimits a discharge space provided to hold a volume of fluid, a female mold having a forming space which includes an impression configured to be complementary to the shape of the workpiece after deformation, and an electrohydraulic discharge system. The workpiece is placed between the discharge space and the forming space before the electrohydraulic discharge system is activated. Upon activation of the electrohydraulic discharge system, the workpiece is catapulted against the impression in the forming space and is deformed accordingly. All or part of the inner wall is provided with a non-metal coating.
