EATING UTENSIL AND A METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
An eating utensil includes a food-holding portion and a handle. The handle includes a connection portion connected to the food-holding portion, a gripping portion opposite to the connection portion and distal to the food-holding portion, an upper surface formed on the connection and gripping portions, a lower surface formed on the connection and gripping portions oppositely of the upper surface, a slot formed in the connection portion and extending through the upper and lower surfaces, and a punched-out tongue portion connected to the connection portion and curvedly and downwardly extending away from the slot. The punched-out tongue portion has a free end.
Flue Gas Baffle and Manufacturing Process Therefor
A flue baffle for a water heater comprises a plurality of holes along a length of the baffle and a plurality of bent blades along the length of the baffle, where each hole of the plurality of holes is adjacent to a bent blade of the plurality of bent blades. The holes are configured to permit flue gas to pass through the holes. The bent blades can have an alternating pattern where a first bent blade extends from one side of the baffle and the next bent blade extends from an opposite side of the baffle. A press tool for forming the baffle comprises a piercing tool for forming the plurality of holes and a lance and fold die for forming the bent blades.
Die for a punching device
The invention relates to a die for a punching device. The die comprises a die base body and a workpiece support body, which is provided on the die base body, to support a workpiece to be machined as well as a cutting to length mechanism for cutting a workpiece part of the workpiece to length. The cutting to length mechanism has a cutting to length element and a counter-cutting to length element for cutting to length interaction with the cutting to length element by several cutting to length strokes. The cutting to length element and the counter-cutting to length element can be displaced relative to one another between a cutting to length position, in which the cutting to length element and the counter-cutting to length element interact with one another so as to cut to length, and an open position, in which the cutting to length element and the counter-cutting to length element are spaced apart from one another. Furthermore, the die has a guide mechanism to guide the workpiece part.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CLAMPING RING
A method for producing a clamping ring in which pins that protrude in the region of or near a ring contour are formed on the top and bottom surfaces of a flat sheet metal material and after the ring contour is cut out, burrs that are produced during the cutting are removed by a deburring process. Advantages for the machining of the clamping ring are achieved if before a finish cutting by a complete cutting-out of the ring contour that is carried out from the one side of the flat sheet metal material, the ring contour is partially cut out from the other side in the vicinity of or near the pin protruding from this other side.
RESTRAINT RESISTANT HANDLE
A door handle pull securable to a surface of a door hinged on one edge thereof, for preventing the securing of lockable items thereto, the door handle pull. The door handle pull comprises a flat door handle grip extending from the door at an acute angle with respect to the door surface and in a direction away from the door surface, the door handle grip having a width tapering from a wider width adjacent the door to a narrower width near a distal end with an edge on the hinge side of the door extending at an acute angle to vertical. The tapered width of the grip and acute angle of the grip edge resists attachment of a locking device to the grip and urges a locking device downward off of the grips as the door is opened and the locking device is tightened.
BULK TEXTURED MATERIAL SHEETING
A process is provided for making bulk textured material sheeting. As a continuous supply of flat material sheeting is fed, the sheeting is repeatedly impacted with toothed knives, each knife creating a row of raised and generally pointed structures on the sheeting to texture the sheeting.

STATOR CORE PLATE MANUFACTURING METHOD, STATOR CORE PLATE, STATOR CORE, AND MOLD
A method of manufacturing a stator core plate including a protrusion extending radially outward from a disk-shaped main body, includes a punching a portion of a steel sheet in a shape including at least a portion of an outer shape of the protrusion to form at least the portion of the outer shape of the protrusion, and punching the steel sheet in a shape continuous with the outer shape of the protrusion formed in the steel sheet to form the main body.
