Manufacturing apparatus for laminated iron core

[Problem to be Solved] An adhesive agent is accurately applied on an adhesive agent applying surface. [Solution] Provided are guiding members (100) that guide the conveyance of a sheet steel strip (F) along an intermittent conveyance direction of the sheet steel strip (F) and limit the upward movement of the sheet steel strip (F), and an adhesive agent applying apparatus (50) that applies an adhesive agent to an adhesive agent applying surface at a section corresponding to an iron core lamina (A, W).

PUNCH PRESS

A punch press includes a die, a punch, a support that supports the punch, a shifting member, and a rotating mechanism. The shifting member includes an opposing surface that opposes the punch. The shifting member is movable toward and away from the die together with the support and the punch and rotatable about an axis extending in a direction in which the shifting member moves toward and away from the die. The shifting member includes a recess in the opposing surface. The rotating mechanism rotates the shifting member about the axis to shift the shifting member between an abutment position where the basal end surface of the punch is abut against the opposing surface and a retraction position where the basal end surface of the punch is retracted into the recess.

A test/inspection apparatus (10) for dies for electrical use, in particular for dies for cutting magnetic metal plates adapted to be stacked or superimposed one on the other to define layered packs for use in electrical machines, comprising interaction means with special functions (20) or mechanical elements of a cutting die (21), which enable/disable one or more cutting elements of said die, said apparatus being coupled to the cutting die (21) for testing it off a cutting press.

Method for Producing a Clutch Pack Formed by Clutch Plates Arranged on Top of One Another, and Device for Carrying out a Method of This Type

In order to produce a clutch pack (3), clutch plates are cut from an electrical steel strip or sheet, arranged on top of one another to form the clutch pack (3) and connected to one another within the clutch pack (3). The material of the clutch plates is locally plasticised in the edge region via the generation of frictional heat by means of at least one tool (9), in such a way that the material of at least adjacent clutch plates is mixed with the tool (9) such that, after the plasticised material has cooled, these clutch plates are integrally connected to one another. The device used for this purpose has at least one punch press and/or at least one receiving means for one or more clutch packs (3). In addition, the device has at least one welding tool that is rotatably driven about its axis and can be moved in a transverse direction to its rotational axis.

A method of manufacturing a laminated iron core includes performing at least two kinds of selectively-actuated punching processes by actuating respective punching units to form a plurality of iron core pieces, each of the punching units being switchable between an active state or a non-active state, and caulking and laminating the plurality of iron core pieces to manufacture the laminated iron core. The selectively-actuated punching processes are performed in one operation by selectively actuating each of the punching units between the active state and the non-active state.

Method for the manufacturing of lamina work pieces

A method of notching lamina workpieces with a notching press system. The method includes moving a ram and an upper tooling section to an open position and inserting a lamina workpiece onto an indexing spindle, and then moving the ram and the upper tooling section to a closed position, producing a cut opening in the lamina workpiece between a punch and a first die opening. The press ram and the upper tooling section are then moved back to the open position and the index motor is rotated to position the cut opening of the workpiece over a second die opening. The torque applied to the index motor is then reduced, and the press ram and the upper tooling section are moved to an intermediate position so that the piloting device cooperates with the cut opening of the workpiece for angular positioning of the workpiece.
