DRIVE DEVICE, APPARATUS FOR NOTCHING, AND METHOD FOR DRIVING APPARATUS FOR NOTCHING
The present invention relates to a drive device for driving an apparatus (100) for notching, wherein the apparatus (100) for notching comprises a frame with a stand (104) and a headpiece (106), a plunger (114) coupled to the headpiece (106) and movable along a punching axis (116) oriented along a y axis, and optionally an indexing head (120) for receiving a workpiece (102) to be machined. The drive device comprises an electrical direct drive (118) for driving the plunger (114).
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CORE FOR ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
A manufacturing method of a core for a rotary electric machine including forming a bridge portion, forming a stator side hole portion in at least a first portion of a portion of an electric steel plate in which a slot portion is formed. Then forming a rotor side hole portion in at least a part of a portion of the electric steel plate in which a hole portion is formed; and forming a rotor plate member and a stator plate member by blanking the electric steel plate.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CORE FOR ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
A manufacturing method of a core for a rotary electric machine includes: a step of forming a stator side release hole in at least a first portion of a portion of an electric steel plate in which a slot portion is formed; a step of forming a rotor side hole portion in at least a part of a portion of the electric steel plate in which a hole portion is formed; a step of forming a flattened portion; and a step of forming a rotor plate member and a stator plate member by blanking the electric steel plate.
LAMINATED IRON CORE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LAMINATED IRON CORE
A laminated iron core includes a plurality of blanked iron core pieces laminated together, a continuity of side parts of the iron core pieces configuring a side surface of the laminated iron core. The side part of each iron core piece includes a specific light reflection area having a prescribed width along a circumferential direction, where the specific light reflection area has different light reflection characteristics from the other area of the side part of the iron core piece, and a striped pattern, configured by the specific light reflection areas, exists on the side surface of the laminated iron core.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING IRON CORE
Provided is a method for manufacturing an iron core that enables reduction of variations in dimension of a plurality of metal plates that occur during pressing of the laminate of these metal plates. The method includes: a laminate preparation step of stacking a plurality of metal plates to prepare a laminate; a pressing step of giving a temperature gradient to the laminate and pressing the laminate with a pressing machine having a punch and a die; and a temperature-gradient removal step of removing the temperature gradient from the laminate. The pressing step gives the temperature gradient to the laminate so that the temperature rises from the punch-side to the die-side in the stacking direction of the laminate.

Automated spacer frame fabrication and method
Method and Apparatus for fabricating a spacer frame for use in an insulating glass unit. One of a multiple number of possible spacer frame materials is chosen for the spacer frame. An elongated strip of the material is moved to a notching station where notches are formed at corner locations. The character of the notches is adjusted based on the selection of the metal strip material and more particularly to achieve bending of the material in an repeatable, straightforward manner. Downstream from the notching station the metal strip is bent into a channel shaped elongated frame member having side walls. Further downstream a leading strip of channel shaped material is severed or separated from succeeding material still passing through the notching and bending station.
