Rotary stamper
A rotary stamper includes an upper die plate assembly, a lower die plate assembly, and a support frame having a drive assembly that moves the upper die plate horizontally and vertically along a generally circular pathway while moving the lower die plate along a linear horizontal pathway. The upper die plate is vertically slidably connected to the lower die plate by way of one or more vertical rods that extend from the lower die plate assembly up through the upper die plate. In operation, the lower die plate matches the horizontal movements of the upper die plate as the latter is moved along its circular pathway. Concurrently, the upper die plate moves towards and away from the lower die plate. This maintains a substantially constant alignment between the die plates for carrying out a periodic machining operation on a moving web of material passing there between.
Punching system
A punching system adapted to punch a sheet metal includes a platform, a punching portion, a base portion and a turret device. The punching portion is disposed on the platform, and a first upper die is detachably installed in the punching portion. The base portion is disposed between the punching portion and the platform, and a first lower die is detachably installed in the base portion. The punching portion is adapted to move back and forth along a first direction relative to the platform. The turret device is adapted to move along a second direction relative to the platform, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. A plurality of second upper dies and second lower dies are correspondingly installed on the turret device.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING RING-SHAPED MEMBER FOR VEHICLE, AND SYNCHRONIZER RING
A method and a system for producing a ring-shaped member. A punching process is carried out on an axial intermediate part of a first intermediate annular material so as to produce a pair of ring-shaped members. A punching step includes a step in which a first punching process is carried out over a first range of the axial intermediate part in the circumferential direction, and a step in which a second punching process is carried out over a second range of the axially-oriented intermediate part, which is at least partially different than the first range, in the circumferential direction. The first punching process is carried out such that at least one tab is formed. The second punching process is carried out such that at least one separate tab is formed, thereby producing the pair of ring-shaped members.

PRESS PUNCHING MACHINE AND RESPECTIVE METHOD OF PUNCHING APERTURES IN ELONGATED NONFERRIC ENCLOSED POLYGONALLY PROFILED WORKPIECES
A press punching machine and respective method of punching apertures in elongated non-ferric enclosed polygonally profiled workpieces are described. The press punching machine includes a base plate; a mounting framework; a driving mechanism; a male die; a pedestal; a polygonal female die matrix including: a polygonal cross-section; at least one counter-opening; at least one driven magnet; at least one indicatory magnet; at least one driving magnet configured to interact with the at least one driven magnet and a magnetic element configured to interact with the indicatory magnet embedded into the polygonal female punch die matrix.

The turret device is adapted to move along a second direction relative to the platform, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. A plurality of second upper dies and second lower dies are correspondingly installed on the turret device.
Buffer turret apparatus
A rotatable buffer turret apparatus on which plural pairs of punches and dies to be set on a turret of a turret punch press are set, includes an upper buffer turret on which punch attachment holes in which the punches can be set are arranged circularly, and a lower buffer turret on which die attachment holes that is associated with the punch attachment holes and in which the dies can be set are arranged circularly. The upper and lower buffer turrets are rotatably attached to a single rotary shaft. A diameter of the lower buffer turret is made larger than a diameter of the upper buffer turret. The die attachment holes are formed in a circular die attachment area having a diameter larger than the diameter of the upper buffer turret. According to the apparatus, a tool exchange manually operated by an operator can be done easily and efficiently.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING PLATE PARTS FOR A HEAT EXCHANGER
The present invention relates to a method and a device for manufacturing plate part blanks for a heat exchanger. A sheet material (2) in the form of continuous sheeting is worked between two rolls (5, 6) with opposite surface patterns (7, 7, 8) to form profiled plate part blanks (3, 3,3) into the sheet material (2) so that the rolls (5, 6) are synchronized to rotate at substantially same rate by controlling the rotation of them in relation to each other with common synchronization gear (9), which gear is coupled to the rolls (5, 6) by means of shafts (10, 11) with disk pack or gear couplings.
