A section (14) to be bent may be reshaped relative to a clamped section (16) of the workpiece (12) about at least one bending axis (18), wherein the bending machine (10) comprises: a machine frame (20); a first side clamping wall (22); a second side clamping wall (24) which can be moved relative to the first side clamping wall (22); and at least one bending unit (26, 28) comprising at least one bending tool (30). The first side clamping wall (22) and the second side clamping wall (24) are designed to clamp the workpiece (12) on a clamping plane (32). Furthermore, the bending unit (26, 28) is arranged on at least one of the first and second side clamping walls (22, 24) and is designed to bend the workpiece (12) section (14) to be bent relative to the clamped workpiece (12) section (16) about the at least one bending axis (18). According to the invention, the bending unit (26) has at least one linear guide (34-46), by means of which the bending tool (30) is linearly guided in order to be moved on an advancement plane (48).
Machining planar workpieces
A planar workpiece machining device has an upper tool and a lower tool that are movable toward each other in a reciprocation direction and in the opposite direction to machine a workpiece arranged therebetween. The upper tool has a clamping shaft, an upper main body, and a tool body arranged opposite the clamping shaft on the main body and having an upper bending edge. The lower tool has a lower main body, on which a counter tool body having a lower bending edge and a counter holder are provided. The lower bending edge is oriented facing the counter holder. The upper bending edge is stationary to the upper main body, and the lower bending edge is stationary to the lower main body. The upper bending edge is associated with an undercut on the tool body and the lower bending edge is associated with an undercut on the counter tool body.

System for monitoring standard parts
System for measuring misalignment of a tool (2) in a press device (1), the tool (2) comprises at least a first part (3) and a second part (4), which are movable relative to another in a guided manner by means of guide means comprising at least a guide pillar (10) provided in the first part (3) which is led in a guide bush (12) provided in the second part (4), wherein the system comprises measuring means (20) provided to detect misalignment of the tool (2). According to the invention, the measuring means (20) are mounted directly at the guide means.
Hot-stamping formed article, vehicle member, and manufacturing method of hot-stamping formed article
A hot-stamping formed article is formed of a single steel sheet, and includes: a top sheet portion; a pair of standing wall portions; and a protrusion portion which connects the top sheet portion to the standing wall portion and protrudes outward from the top sheet portion, in which the protrusion portion includes an inner wall portion which stands upright from the top sheet portion, and an outer wall portion which is folded outward from an end edge of the inner wall portion, and an angle between the top sheet portion and the protrusion portion is 80° to 90°.
STRUCTURAL MEMBER, STRUCTURAL MEMBER MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND STRUCTURAL MEMBER MANUFACTURING DEVICE
This structural member (W1) is manufactured using a structural member manufacturing device including: a first clamping part (10) having a first lower clamping member (11) and a second upper clamping member (12) disposed to face each other and capable of being opened and closed; a second clamping part (20) having a third lower clamping member (21) and a fourth upper clamping member (22) disposed to face each other corresponding to the first lower clamping member (11) and the second upper clamping member (12) and capable of being opened and closed; and clamping part driving means for allowing the first clamping part (10) and the second clamping part (20) to be relatively separated from each other while causing a position in an X-axis direction and a position in a Z-axis direction to correspond to each other. That is, the structural member (W1) is manufactured by a structural member manufacturing method in which the first clamping part (10) and the second clamping part (20) are relatively separated from each other by the clamping part driving means.

Guide pin assembly for metal forming dies and method
A guide pin assembly for metal forming dies includes a cylindrical guide pin body with an external retainer groove adjacent one end thereof in which a retainer ring is received. An annular guide pin ring with an outside diameter greater than the pin body, has a counterbore adjacent the outside end thereof and a retainer groove in a medial portion thereof which receives the outer portion of the retainer ring to securely interconnect the pin body and the ring and thereby form an enlarged head at one end of the pin body which positively limits reciprocal motion between two associated die members. A circular guide pin head cap covers the outer end of the head ring, and includes a support collar that is closely received in the counterbore of the ring, and engages the retainer ring to securely hold the same in place.
