DIE PRESS DEVICE INCLUDING A DIE CHASE SYSTEM
A die press device includes a first platen for receiving installation of a die board comprising dies, a second platen capable of moving between a first position away from the first platen and a second position close to the first platen, a first chase bar and a second chase bar mounted on a surface of the first platen, and a control system for controlling a first movement of the first chase bar and a second movement of the second chase bar.
Punch assembly with interchangeable tips
A punch assembly with interchangeable tips includes a punch body and a punch tip releasably coupled to the punch body. The punch body includes a proximal end, a distal end opposite the proximal end, and a cross-sectional shape defined between the proximal end and the distal end. The proximal end includes a flange configured to engage a punch holder. The distal end includes a distal surface defining a lateral direction. The punch tip is coupled to the distal end of the punch body via a magnetic coupling provided by a plurality of magnets. The punch tip includes a working surface and a coupling member. The distal end of the punch body engages the coupling member of the punch tip in a tongue-in-groove arrangement wherein the plurality of magnets are provided within a tongue and cupped within a groove.

WEDGE DRIVE HAVING ADJUSTABLE GUIDE APPARATUS
A wedge drive is provided having a first and a second wedge drive part and an adjustable guide apparatus, formed at least in part by the first and second wedge drive parts, which are movable, by means of a stroke directed in a stroke direction (Z), toward each other in a sliding direction (X, X′, X″) determined by the guide apparatus and at an angle to the stroke direction (Z), guided by the guide apparatus, wherein a guide part of the guide apparatus is movable along a forced guidance surface by adjusting the position of an adjustment surface and a guide play can be set as a result, wherein a normal vector (N) of the forced guidance surface is at an angle to a plane of movement spanned by the stroke direction (Z) and the sliding direction (X, X′, X″).

Electrical connector and die set with a connector guide
Die sets for crimping busses to electrical connectors are provided. The die set includes a pair of dies where one die has a guide member for aligning the dies with the electrical connector, and the other die has a one or more indentors for impacting the electrical connector. The electrical connectors include a guide hole that receives the guide member.

Tool carrier for a clinching device
A tool carrier for a clinching installation, having a housing having a longitudinal axis (L), in which housing a downholder which is impinged by a first compression spring, an outer die which is impinged by a second compression spring, and an inner die which is rigidly connected to the housing are disposed coaxially within one another so as to be routed out of the housing) by way of the free ends of said downholder and dies, is distinguished in that the first compression spring is disposed so as to be coaxial within the second compression spring.

PRESS TOOLING
A press tooling includes a distance member pivotably supported by a holder; and a moving device provided on a first die unit. The holder is provided in a movable manner with respect to a punch in a press direction, and a pad is provided in a movable manner with respect to a die in the press direction. The distance member is pivotable between a home position in which the distance member does not come into contact with the second die and a preventive position in which the distance between the pad and the holder in the press direction is prevented from being equal to or less than a predetermined distance. As the holder moves relative to the punch in the first direction, the moving device causes the distance member to pivot from the home position toward the preventive position.
