A tube flaring tool, which is adapted to clamp a tube and align the tube with a punch driver, includes a carrier having a clamping assembly slot and a punch assembly slot; a clamping assembly received in the clamping assembly slot of the carrier to clamp a tube; and a punch assembly having a main member and a plurality of punches movably coupled to the main member. The main member is movably received in the punch assembly slot, so that the main member of the punch assembly is able to be moved to select one of the punches to flare the tube.

Pipe flare processing device having a view hole
10124392 · 2018-11-13 ·

The present invention includes a mold set, a deformation generating element, and an engaging element. The mold set has a pipe storing channel, a deformation portion, and a positioning recess. The deformation generating element has a deformation generating portion and a pushing portion with an outer working thread. The engaging element has an axial positioning portion and a working channel with an inner working thread. Therefore, the deformation generating portion can move toward the deformation portion for pipe flare processing work and a view hole is provided for viewing. So, no threaded hole is required for the mold set. The view hole allows the user to inspect the pipe end's position being correct or not. The manufacturing for the engaging element is easy. The engaging element has a guiding function.

IMPROVED FLARING DEVICE FOR FLARING THE ENDS OF PIPES

A pipe flaring device is described. The device includes a main body extending along a mainly longitudinal direction. The main body also includes a flaring unit. The flaring unit interacts with an end of pipe to be flared. The main body also includes a die carrier arranged at the front of the flaring unit; and a flaring die. The flaring die includes a center channel which houses the pipe to be flared. The device includes a conical inner surface whose tapered end diverges towards the flaring unit and so that the inner surface matches a conical outer surface of the flaring die.

Flairing pliar jaws

A system for flaring an end of a fluid line includes a first and second adapter mountable on a first and second jaw of the gripping tool, respectively, and an arbor. Once mounted, the first and second adapters each have a working surface facing toward each other defining a channel half-profile. In a closed position, the working surfaces together form a channel from the half-profiles having a flare shape portion and a linear portion for receiving a fluid line in a non-slip fit. The working surface of one adapter has a U-shaped profile, and the other adapter is configured to be received therein. Each sidewall of the U-shaped profile defines a port opening into the channel. The arbor includes a die head that forms a flared end on a fluid line received in the channel as the arbor is inserted therein via the port.

HYDRAULIC TUBE EXPANDER AND METHOD OF USE
20180281046 · 2018-10-04 · ·

A hydraulic tube expander includes expanding jaws engageable with an interior surface of a tube to expand the tube; a source of hydraulic fluid, a valve located between the source and the expanding jaws and a single-action release actuator operatively coupled to the valve. The valve is moveable between open and closed positions. In the closed position, hydraulic fluid can pass from the source to the expanding jaws and in the open position the hydraulic fluid can pass from the expanding jaws to the source. The actuator is movable between first and second positions. In the first position the valve is in the closed position. Movement of the actuator in a direction from the first position toward the second position moves the valve into the open position.

HAND HELD FLARING TOOL
20180250729 · 2018-09-06 ·

A flaring tool for flaring an end of a tube includes a locking mechanism having a collar and a collet with two or more collet pieces. As the collet is moved relative to the collar from a non-locking position toward a locking position, the collar engages outer surfaces of the collet pieces and causes the collet pieces to move from a non-clamping position toward a clamping position. As the collet pieces are urged radially inward, they each pivot about a respective pivot axis. As the collet moves further toward the locking position and the collet pieces move further toward the clamping position, the pivot axis of each of the collet pieces radially moves relative to the collet body and the collar. A flaring mechanism moves a flaring mandrel towards the end of the tube when the collet is clamped, whereby the mandrel engages and flares the end of the tube.

Quick positioning tube expander

A quick positioning tube expander includes a clamp mold having a first clamp block and a second clamp block; a pivoting assembly pivotally disposed on the clamp mold for the first and second clamp blocks to open and close with the pivoting assembly as a center of pivoting; and a positioning member. The tube channel is disposed between the first and second clamp blocks for containing a tube body. The first clamp block has a first through hole and a second through hole mutually spaced, and the tube channel is connected with the first and second through holes. The positioning member is connected with the first through hole. The tube body passes through the second through hole to be contained in the tube channel with an end part of the tube body resisting against an end surface of the positioning member to be positioned.

ROTARY PIPE SIZING TOOL
20180193898 · 2018-07-12 · ·

A rotary pipe sizing tool for expanding or shrinking a pipe includes a main member having a driving portion, a clamping device provided at an end of the driving portion of the main member; and a rotating mechanism provided between the main member and the clamping device. The clamping device is free to rotate relative to the main member through the rotating mechanism to make the rotary pipe sizing tool operate in a narrow or a space that is hard to reach.
