LINEAR APPARATUS FOR FORMING A CAN OPENING
A linear apparatus for forming a can opening, including: a working tabletop, a plurality of necking machining stations are arranged on the working tabletop; each necking machining station is provided with a can body positioning recess for positioning a can body; the can body positioning recess is internally provided with a vacuum suction hole; a vacuum chamber is arranged below the working tabletop; the vacuum chamber is in communication with the vacuum suction hole; a necking machining device is correspondingly arranged on each necking machining station; further: a moving device, and the moving device acts on the can body positioned in the can body positioning recess and is used for moving the can body on the stations onward by one station. The apparatus has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, small occupied space and convenient maintenance, and is the best choice for manufacturers with low production speed requirements.
FIN STACKING APPARATUS
Provided is a fin stacking apparatus, which is configured to stack a fin having a flat-plate shape and a plurality of holes formed therein. The fin stacking apparatus includes: a plurality of stacking pins to be inserted into the plurality of holes of the fin; a suction plate which is arranged above the plurality of stacking pins and is configured to suck the fin through a plurality of holes formed in the suction plate; and a roller arranged in a slide region on the suction plate where a flat surface portion of the fin moves.

Processing Machine for Flat Material Parts
In a processing machine for feeding flat material parts thereto, the control unit controls suction cup units in a pick-up step in order to pick up two or more flat material parts corresponding to the number of suction cup units from a transfer table. The control unit then controls the individual two or more suction cup units in a multi-stage positioning step during a movement of the frame component in the feed direction into the processing machine so that these successively deposit the picked-up flat material parts on the feed table in such a way that, viewed in the feed processing direction of the feed table, no overlapping of the deposited flat material parts occurs.
Method and device for producing tear-open lids
A method for manufacturing a tear-off lid (27). A lid blank (9) is punched with a punching tool (1, 5) having a die (6) and a cutting punch (2, 3) to form a lid ring (8) with a central removal opening (17) surrounded by a sealing flange (18). The edge of the removal opening (17) is then formed by drawing to a collar (20) projecting from the sealing flange (18) on the intended inside of the lid (underside), the collar (20) is rolled up at its free end and a tear-off foil (24) is sealed or glued onto the sealing flange (18) on the intended outside of the lid (upper side). In accordance with the invention, the die (6) is arranged on the inner side (bottom) of the lid and the cutting punch (2, 3) is moved into the die (6) from the outer side (top) of the lid while punching out a punched pad (16) and the punched pad (16) is conveyed by compressed air through the die (6) to a conveyor (33) by means of which it is removed from the tool area. It has been shown that by this measure the known and established processes and devices for the production of tear-off lids can be modified with very little effort in such a way that during the punching of the lid blank (9) the punching or cutting pad is produced on the intended inner side (underside) of the produced lid ring (8), which is desirable when producing lids with re-verse curl.
FERROMAGNETIC SHEET FANNING AND GRIPPING DEVICE
A device for separating and gripping an outermost sheet of ferromagnetic material from a stack of ferromagnetic sheet material, comprising: a carrier structure with a mount for attaching the carrier as an end-of-arm-tool (EOAT) to a robotic arm arranged for moving and positioning the device into an operating position adjacent a side of a stack of ferromagnetic sheets and a remote position removed from the stack of ferromagnetic sheets; a magnetic fanning apparatus mounted at the carrier structure and having a switchable magnet and a pair of fanning pole shoes magnetisable by the magnet with opposite polarities, the fanning pole shoes located at the carrier such that when in the operating position of the device these face the side of stacked sheets and extend over the thickness of at least the outermost and an underlying sheet of the stack, whereby in an on state of the magnet magnetic fields of like polarity are induced by the fanning pole shoes in overlapping sections of edge regions of these sheets and repulsive forces are generated whereby the outermost sheet seeks to lift away from the underlying sheet by magnetic repulsion; and preferably but optionally a sheet gripping apparatus mounted at the carrier structure arranged for contacting a face of the outermost sheet and secure the sheet to the EOAT for retrieval thereof upon the device being displaced from its operative position away from the stack of sheets.
