Conveying device of rolled bars exiting from a cutting shear, cutting machine and cutting process thereof
A conveying device (4) for conveying rolled bar segments, continuously exiting from a cutting shear (3), comprising at least two conveying channels (10, 11) for conveying the bar segments; at least one separation wall (8) separating a first conveying channel (10) from a second conveying channel (11); and at least one fixed partition (9), provided below the wall (8) and which separates the first channel (10) from the second channel (11); the fixed partition (9) is configured so that, at speed, when a rolled bar is deviated to pass from a direction towards the first channel to a direction towards the second channel, the tail of a first bar segment (30) advances in the first channel (10) by passing below the fixed partition (9), while the head of a second bar segment (31) after the first segment (30) advances in the second channel by passing above the fixed partition.
Process to cut coax cable
A computer numerical control (cnc) bending machine used to bend and then cut a specific programmed profile from a long length of cable comprising: a base, a carriage, a bend head and a saw; the carriage includes a spindle to rotate the cable, the carriage is also able to transport the cable in a linear fashion; the bend head comprises a clamp and a wiper roller and a bend die; after a last bend is formed, the clamp and wiper roller are retracted away from the bend die; the carriage is then able to then transport the cable forward away from the saw, the spindle is then able to rotate the cable out of the plane of the bend, the carriage is then able to transport the cable back toward the saw; the saw is then able to sever the cable such that a last leg length adjacent to the last bend which is shorter than the fixed distance between the saw and the bend die.
LOADING DEVICE FOR A COATING SYSTEM AND A COATING SYSTEM
A loading device for a coating system with a holding device which includes a rack-like frame and a carrier made of a rod-like or wire-like continuous material. On which a workpiece can be arranged, with at least one detection device which includes a detection means, by which at least the dimensions of the frame and of the workpiece can be detected, and which includes a control unit, by which the dimensions of the hook-like holding section and of a minimum distance between two hook-like holding sections on the carrier for contact-free arrangement of the workpiece and by which the total length of the continuous material for forming the carrier can be determined. With a provisioning device which interacts functionally with the detection device, by which the carrier can be produced, which provides a continuous material carrier, which provides the continuous material forming the carrier, which provides a deformation unit.
FORMING SYSTEM
A disclosed forming system is a forming system which expands and forms a metal pipe in a die. The forming system includes a preliminary forming apparatus which preliminarily forms a metal pipe material, a forming apparatus which includes a gas supply unit which supplies gas into the preliminary-formed and heated metal pipe material to expand the metal pipe material and a main body portion to which the die is attached, and a cutting device which cuts at least a portion of the formed metal pipe. The gas supply unit is provided so as not to be disposed on a first straight line which connects the preliminary forming apparatus and the main body portion in a plan view and a second straight line which connects the cutting device and the main body portion in a plan view.

Method for optimising the cutting and handling unit for elongated products
The method for optimising the cutting of elongated products, in particular bars or profiles for reinforced concrete, comprises the steps of arranging in succession along a longitudinal feed direction (Y) a feeding area (5), a cutting assembly (3) and a measuring path (4) for the products (2), the measuring path (4) being configured to receive on a respective receiving plane (4a) the products (2a) cut by the cutting assembly (3). The method also provides for arranging a storage (6) divided into a plurality of compartments (7) downstream of the measuring path (4), for receiving the cut products (2a).
Line for producing metal profiles for plasterboard false ceilings
A line for producing metal profiles for plasterboard false ceilings has in sequence, along a profile advancement direction, a profiling machine, a cutting group, a punching group, a system for extracting finished metal profiles from the punching group, and a management and control unit. The punching group has a first punching press of the portal type having a first punching head elongated along a first operating direction, and a second punching press of the portal type having a second punching head elongated along a second operating direction, parallel to the first operating direction and staggered with respect thereto along the profile advancement direction. The first punching head is longer than the second punching head. The management and control unit is configured to alternately operate in use the first or second punching press as a function of type or length of the metal profiles in output from the cutting group.
