IMMOVABLE PET BOWL AND A METHOD OF FABRICATING THEREOF
A pet food bowl may include a body having a medial portion with an upper end defining a first cavity for receiving food or water, and a lower end opposite the upper end, and an outer wall extending from the upper end of the medial portion at a periphery of the upper end of the medial portion. The pet food bowl may include a flexible annular flange coupled to a distal end of the outer wall along an entire length of the outer wall. The body may have a metallic material, and the lower end of the medial portion and the outer wall may define a second cavity opposite the first cavity. The flexible annular flange may be configured to define a suction cup with the second cavity for adhering the body to a surface.
Gas pressure forming method of ellipsoidal shells based on current self-resistance heating
The present invention discloses a gas pressure forming method of an ellipsoid. The formability of a closed polyhedral shell including polar plates, ellipsoidal side flap plates, and welded joints is improved, and the closed polyhedral shell is pressurized into an ellipsoid by using compressed gas under a heating condition, specifically comprising: assembling and welding two polar plates and ellipsoidal side flap plates into a closed polyhedral shell; disposing an electrode on the closed polyhedral shell, energizing and heating to a preset temperature, and then inflating compressed gas into the shell; deforming the closed polyhedral shell under the action of internal gas pressure, stopping inflating gas until a desired curvature shell is obtained, discharging gas, and removing the electrode to obtain a formed ellipsoid.
Method for manufacturing cylindrical member
Provided is a method for manufacturing a cylindrical member which includes end bending of respective end portions of a plate material in a longitudinal direction, primary grooving of respective end surfaces of the plate material subjected to end bending, bending of the plate material to a ring shape, secondary grooving of respective end surfaces of the plate material subjected to bending in a ring shape, and joining of respective end surfaces of the plate material. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a high-quality cylindrical member.
