CABLE TRAY AND A METHOD OF PRODUCING SUCH A CABLE TRAY
Claimed by the inventions is a cable tray (23, 140) comprising a first part (51) constituting one piece having a uniform thickness, the first part (51) forming at least a first support surface (52) of a first accommodation (53) for the plurality of cables (54), the first part (51) having a plurality of first through holes (15) formed by a first plurality of edges (19) in the first part (51), wherein at least a part of each said edge (19) protrudes and is directed with an angle away from the support surface (52) of the first accommodation (53), where 45<<180. Also a method of manufacturing such a cable tray is claimed by the invention.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FORMING FROM A FLAT SHEET MATERIAL A CORNER BOUNDED BY THREE SIDES
A method and apparatus for forming and trimming an associated corner region formed from a flat plate. A die and a knife assembly includes a die that is movable in opposed reciprocating directions within a first plane. A support assembly for the corner region holds the corner region at oblique angle with respect to the plane.
Container and method for producing a container
The present disclosure relates to a mesh container and a method of making a mesh container that has a first and a second set of opposing side panels, a bottom panel, and a rim directed outwards from the upper edges of the side panels. At least two adjacent sides panels of the container and portion of the rim directed outwardly from the upper edge of the side panels are made from a sheet metal precursor with least one perforated and a stretched portion and unstretched metal portion. The precursor is folded so that the unstretched metal portion joins the two side panels and is bent to form the rim. A notch is cut from the edge of the unstretched metal portion where it is bent at the corner formed by the two side panels.

STORAGE SYSTEM AND STORAGE CONTAINER
A method of manufacturing a storage container for storage in a stack in a grid framework structure comprising a plurality of storage columns, each of the plurality of storage columns being configured to store a stack of storage containers. The method comprises the steps of: forming a lower part of the storage container by the steps of: stamping or drawing a sheet metal blank into a drawing die to form a tray-shaped preform comprising a base with a raised rim and a flange; turning the flange to define a connection surface that extends in the same direction as the raised rim of the tray-shaped preform to form a container having a predefined depth; forming an upper part of the storage container by the step of: stamping sidewalls and/or end walls from one or more separate sheet metal blanks; attaching the lower part to the upper part by attaching the sidewalls and end walls to the connection surface of the container.
